"HELLO beautiful"
Layout by Marie Sabatier

Hello everyone,

Here's my first source of inspiration for June:
a layout featuring vibrant colors, contrasted by touches of black.
In a flower market-themed style, I opted for the refined use of "Frame Tiny Henri's" in slate style.

"HELLO beautiful"

To add relief to my background, I use the "Geo Circle Panel" chipboard, which I cut into two parts. I simply tint it with "Distress Oxide" ink in "black soot."
To create an embellishment cluster, I use "Frame Tiny Henri's" chipboards.
I apply a layer of white gesso to the frame and the black paper background.
Finally, I add some splashes of gesso to make them shine.

The title is covered with two layers of white gesso.
It perfectly expresses the unconditional love I have for my granddaughter.

A close-up that only serves to captivate the eyes.

Easy creation of a layout with superb chipboards and a touch of subtlety thanks to the
 "Frames Tiny Henri’s".

Thank you very much for watching.

Blissful Times Cards by Tania Ridgwell

 Hello there!

Tania joining you today to share the first of my DT projects for August.  I have created a set of cards.

"Blissful Times Cards"

2 Crafty Products Used:

*Ginny's Flourish Set
*Word Circle 1
*Tiny Henri's Frames
*Tiny Kathleen's Frames

I created each of my card bases using the gorgeous Mintay Blissful Times Paper Collection.Just love the colours in this collection.  I used a variety of the Art Alchemy Waxes to colour the chippie pieces including Rose Gold, White Gold and Royal Robes

To construct each of the cards I added one of each of either the Henri's or Kathleen's Frames to each card.  I embellished each card with fussy cut elements and flowers and then tucked in some of the chippie Ginni's flourishes pieces to each.  I added a Word Circle chippie and to finish each card I added a Happy Birthday Sentiment.

See each card below.

Thats' all from me today, I hope I have inspired you all a little with my Blissful Times Cards.
Until next time thanks so much for stopping by.

'A Little bit of Sparkle' Tags
with Lisa Amiet

Hello 2Crafty Fans!
It's Lisa here today to bring a little bit of sparkle to your day.
I have created this set of two gift tags for you.

2Crafty Products used:

For my first tag I have used some of the 'Sequins Negative Bits',
that I have finished in a weathered white and added in among my layers.

I have also used one of the 'Frames Tiny Henri's',
finished in the same white that I have layered it with one of the 'Intricate Seahorses',
that I have finished in a teal, blue and purple glitter embossing powder.

Finally, I have added one of the stars from the 'ATC Tiny Hearts & Stars',
that I have left raw to match my papers.

For my second tag, I have used some of the 'Mini Hexagon Clumps',
again finished in the weathered white, in among my layers.
There is also another star from the 'ATC Tiny Hearts & Stars' on this tag.

I have also used one of the gorgeous 'Aztec Feathers',
that I have again embossed with a teal, blue and purple glitter finish.

To finish, I have used one of the 'ATC Georgian Frames',
again finished in weathered white and added to my tag.

I hope that you like what I have created,
I am really happy with how these tags turned out.

Until next time!

Lisa

Love
by Sabrina Turpin

Hello 2Crafty friends!

Summer time is here in Canada and along with it some much needed vacations!
The layout I am sharing today features my teen son as he "borrowed" my sunglasses because
the sun was too strong to his taste.

"Love"

On the "Light bulb word set" and the "Light Bulbs", I applied brown ink and a bit of gold wax on top.

For the "Steampunk Strips", I used black paint with silver and gold glitters in it. I ripped the "Brick panel" chipboard to make multiple pieces and applied two coats of green metallic paint. Then I applied black ink on the borders.

For the "Frames Tiny Henri's", I rubbed some gold wax and black ink on top, letting a bit
the original chipboard color show through.

I used the following 2Crafty chipboards in this layout:

Light bulb word set 1 [M00803]
Light bulbs [M00457]
Steampunk Strips [M00781]
Brick Panel [660038]
Frames Tiny Henri's [FR0068]
Steampunk Gears Medium [M00646]

That's all for me today!
I'll be back in a few weeks with another layout to share with you!
Until then, happy crafting!

"Today is PERFECT"
layout by Marie Sabatier

Hello, I am still with you today to present my second inspiration for this month of September.

Today I have made a page in lighter tones but always with a lot of flowers and romanticism.

I was inspired by this photo of my son with his girlfriend,
and also the bouquet of flowers.

"Today is PERFECT"

2Crafty Chipboards used :

- today is PERFECT
- 11" Floral Heart Frame
- Frames Tiny Henri's
- Swaying Branches

As you know, I apply a coat of white gesso on the chipboards.

I cut the "Floral Heart Frame" chipboard on which I waxed a first coat of pink color
and a second of deeper Indian Pink color. I even ended up adding a little
black gesso to get a darker effect.

After having positioned my photo on several layers of paper I interspersed the
 "Frames Tiny Henri's"
chipboards which I embellished with white color embossing powder.

I then used the "Swaying Branches" chipboard which I just painted in green for contrast.

And to finish the title on which I applied "white purely" embossing powder.

To harmonize it all, a lot of flowers and cutouts.

I wanted to have a heart, I hope it worked.

Thank you for always following us and see you very soon!

Marie

"Escape" - Em's August share

Hi 2Crafty friends,
Emma here today to share my first creation for the month of August.
I used 4 different pieces of chipboard for this creation.

And here is how I used them......

I had fun getting a little messy with this one. Letting the ink drip down my page
and seeing the different shades of colour come through the distress oxide.

My chipboard elements were simply 'inked' with distress oxides and then
sprayed with a resist spray to get a different finish on them.

The 'escape' title piece I left just inked with no other finish on it.

Same with the Tiny frame, I left it inked only. I love these frames, I chose to
cut this one in half to use in 2 places rather then use them as a frame in full.

If you look closely you can see the dots the resist spray creates on the chippy.
I love the slight grunge feel it gives, plus a slight sheen too.

I hope the colours and chippy inspires you to create and I will see you later in
the month with another share showcasing the epic 2crafty chippy.

Em xx

November Inspiration by Lisa Griffith

Hello 2 Crafty Chipboard friends, it's Lisa here to share my projects for November.

'Today & Everyday'

Imagine my delight when one of the newest pieces of 2 Crafty Chipboard is another pretty
version of a dandelion, I love them! I always love the title pieces too, this one is perfect.

2 Crafty Chipboard pieces used:
'Whispy Dandelions'
'Today & Everyday'
'Lavender Shrub'
'ATC Words'

Except for the ATC piece 'Dream' at the top of my page that I painted black,
I treated all my chippies the same way with white acrylic paint to make them
stand out against my background.

My second project is a page in my art journal.

'Follow Your Instinct'

2 Crafty Chipboard pieces used:
'Frames Tiny Henri's'
'Viney Page Frame'
'Marianne's Butterflies'

I cut up a piece of the 'Viney Page Frame' and painted it in some 13 arts paint,
and then I used some Prima acrylic paint in gold to paint my 'Tiny Henri's Frame'
and one of the 'Marianne's Butterflies', love how it turned out.

Thanks for looking,
Hugs, Lisa xo
