'Precious Memories with you'
layout by Rachael Funnell

Hello everyone!
Rach back with you sharing my latest layout
featuring this sweet photo of my gorgeous girl & her dad....

2 Crafty Chipboard used:
6x4 Phrase stick set 1
Circle heart frames
ATC - Tiny hearts & stars
2016

As always I have kept the treatment to the chipboard quite simple..
Let's start with the title where I have chosen from one of the 6x4 Phrase stick set 1

These Phrase sticks are the best and makes it so easy when adding a title...
I have inked the Precious memories with you with Tim Holtz - Pumice Stone...
Next up I have added the year 2016, inking this with the same color....

Then I have the gorgeous Circle heart frame, that I have sitting over,
and framing the precious moment inked this with Tim Holtz - Victorian Velvet..

And lastly are the super sweet ATC - Tiny hearts I have scattered on my background..
Inking these with a lovely green....

Thanks for stopping by today,
I hope I have inpsired you in someway
Until next time...

Today is Perfect
By Charmane Sharp

If you follow my Scrapbooking, on my page Scrapbooking with Passion by
Charmane Sharp you know the ocean lives in my soul. I also know I can build
a layout with 2Crafty Chipboard and use chipboard that is not beach themed.
Yet the end result is perfect with curved pieces like the Revolution Circles and
Leafy Shrub sets to reflect the waves.

2Crafty Chipboard used...

Title- Today is Perfect
Foliage set 9
Leafy Shrub set 1 x2 sets
6' Circle Revolution Frames

Using Finnabair waxes over the Gesso gives a beautiful shiny finish to
the title. I chose Celestial and Sea Glass for the top and applied Graphite
to the entire word perfect. Then rubbed Celestial on the top of the letters
so it came out darker than over the white background of the word today.

I opted for Graphite stems, Old Denim at the base of the flower and Faded
Denim wax on the petals. Gesso underneath helps the colours to shine. It's so
easy to apply with your fingers and blend together.

I used two sets of the Leafy Shrub set 1 so I could have 2 of the same piece
to create uniformity. Blue Lagoon and Celestial wax give a brighter look
against the foliage so they compliment each other but stand out individually.
By cutting them up I had four pieces to place around my layout to have
continuity and brighter details.

By placing a Revolution Circle Frame over my photo it keeps it focused
with all the gorgeous details around it. Then tucking a larger frame under
-neath creates the look of more circles encircling the photo. They were both
waxed with Old Denim and a little Celestial rubbed on for contrast.

Finnabair waxes are so easy to use on chipboard and a tiny amount goes
a long way so they are also economical. If you don't like messy fingers then
wear gloves or clean your hands with Archival ink cleaner. It gets most of
the colour off and then after doing the dishes my hands are usually clear of colour.

Until next time...

'Treasure Every Minute'
with Lisa Amiet

 Hello all!
It's Lisa here today to share some autumn vibes with you.
I have created a layout of my gorgeous girl :)

'Treasure Every Minute'

2Crafty Chipboard:

For this layout, I used some of my all time favourites from the
'Photo Adornment Flourish Set 4'
that I have coloured with watercolour paints to coordinate with my papers and photo.
I really like the effect of the watercolours.

I then also used one of the foliage pieces from the 'Foliage Set 10',
for which I also used watercolours to coordinate with my page.

I have used one of the '6 x 6 Clock Face Frames',
again coloured with watercolour paints and tucked under my photo.

Another of the flourishes, tucked under my layers and floral cluster.

I love the watercolour effect of the chipboard along with the warm autumn vibes.
I hope that you like it too!

Until next time!

Lisa

"Perfectly IMPERFECT"
Layout by Marie Sabatier

Hello everyone,

I hope you’re all right!
In France, the weather is completely chaotic, and on this first May,
it is raining constantly and it is still cold.
Fortunately, scrap can brighten our day.

My inspiration is a romantic Shabby Chic layout.

"Perfeclty IMPERFECT"

The chipboard used:

- Perfectly IMPERFECT Title
- Frame Oval Ornate
- Foliage Set 11
- Loopy Heart Swirl

Exceptionally I did not use a photo of my grandchildren.
I realize this page to offer on the occasion of Mother’s Day to the mother of this little girl that I keep.

I apply a layer of white gesso on each chipboard.
To frame my photo, I use one of my favorite chipboards: "Frame Oval Ornate".
To embellish it I add a thin layer of wax "Old White".

This new "foliage" is really beautiful. It adds a very precious touch to my two flower clusters.
It is covered with wax "Lucky Emerald" and "Heather Hills".

I add a beautiful title that perfectly matches this photo, as well as this "Loopy Heart Swirl"
which brings a nice finishing touch to my layout.
I choose the wax "Sweet Rose" for the title and "White Gold" for the heart.

I hope you enjoyed my chipboard selection and that it gave you some ideas.

Hoping to have the pleasure of seeing you soon!

Marie

'Bloom Wild' by Emma Zappone

Hello everyone!
Popping in with a small share today.
I created an A6 'Tag' style project, featuring small chipboard elements amongst the layers.

Here are the chipboard elements used....

Mini Decorative Frame set 5
Old World Key/Lock set
Chunky Dandelions

I kept the finishes simple on all the chippy this time.
I nearly left them raw, but they blended in too much, so I added some metallic ink to them.

These mini frames are probably my favorite to use. I always seem to be drawn to them.

How awesome are the dandelions?! They add a little quirk within this project.

Now the key isn't all that small, but I just loved the oddity it brings to the composition.
And it frames the photo perfectly, and adds some leverage to the quote.

At the end, I added a dotting of white gesso over the chipboard elements to add depth.

It was fun creating so small.
I hope I have inspired a little today.

Until next time, stay Crafty.

Em xx

"Love This Memory"
Mixed Media Layout
By Di Garling

Well hi there and hello, thanks so much for stopping by.
Di Garling
here with you today with a
mixed media layout to share.

2Crafty Chipboard Used....
Mini Word Sticks Set #5
Birds In Flight
Frame Messy Squares Set 6"
Leafy Shrub Set #3

So after some mixed media on my background & some
fussy cutting, I set about altering all the chipboard pieces.
For my title “Love This Memory”, which is from the
“Mini Title Set #5”. I just left it raw because it just worked !! 😀

Next up came these gorgeous little frames. They are called
“Frames-Messy Squares 6”. They were just perfect to showcase
my photos. I gave them a coat of white gesso followed by a watered
down wash of pink acrylic. Really happy how they turned out.
They were the perfect thing to showcase these beautiful photos!!

I also added one of the little birds from the  “Birds in Flight” set.
I treated this piece in the same way as I did for the frames except I
used a lovely shade of green instead.

Finally I finished off with a piece of chippie from the
Leafy Shrub Set #3 which I treated exactly the same as
what I did for the little bird.

Well thats all I have for you today, I do hope you like it.

Until next time....

"Spring Tags" with Amy Voorthuis

 Hi lovely creative peeps,
Hope you are having a warm & sunny day here in my part of the world spring is not breaking through yet! So for this post I made a couple of happy spring feeling tags sometimes it's very therapeutic to just make tags and fussy cut a little in front of the tv. My first tag is with a picture of my husband and I the 20th of this month we had our 12 year wedding anniversary.

Our Forever Jouney:

For this tag I altered the chipboard pieces in a very simple way I just added some spray paint on the Foliage Set 6 & the Spring Flower Bunches and the first one was altered with a thin later of embossing powder and some crystal drops.

The ATC banner was just altered with some white gesso and some wax. On the word arrow I added three layers of white embossing powder to create a thick layer.

My second tag was made for a tag challenge {it was to add some bees} I had so much fun making these tags that I just can't stop hihi.

Bee Gorgeous:

2 Crafty Chipboard used:
Lattice Leaves
Frame Jenna
Mini # Word Set 1
Frame Viney Circles
ATC Word Banner Set 1
BeeYoutiful Set

I altered my pieces the same way as the first tag above only for the bees I used some posca pens in black & yellow but also some orange watercolour paint and to finish them of I added a piece of paper behind them

For the leaves and frame I also used some spray paint and waxes. The big frame & word bee are altered with three layers of embossing powder to add a little dimension.

My third tag is my last for this post and was made with the same collection as the first two that collection make my heart very happy & sunny oh how I long for spring & summer.

Finding Beauty in Everyday:

2 Crafty Chipboard used:
Mini Branches
Phrase Stick Set 2 {6x4}
Leafy Sihouettes

I cut up the Phrase Stick Set 2 {6x4} in two and just added a thin layer of white gesso later I added some rusty brown wax the make a little woodgrain effect.

Both leaves I used here are altered with some green spray paint both in two layers after that I added some matte white wax & some shinning white wax.

Thank you so much for stopping by, I will be back soon with another project hope to see you back...then it's may already wow.
