Blissful Times Cards by Tania Ridgwell

 Hello there!

Tania joining you today to share the first of my DT projects for August.  I have created a set of cards.

"Blissful Times Cards"

2 Crafty Products Used:

*Ginny's Flourish Set
*Word Circle 1
*Tiny Henri's Frames
*Tiny Kathleen's Frames

I created each of my card bases using the gorgeous Mintay Blissful Times Paper Collection.Just love the colours in this collection.  I used a variety of the Art Alchemy Waxes to colour the chippie pieces including Rose Gold, White Gold and Royal Robes

To construct each of the cards I added one of each of either the Henri's or Kathleen's Frames to each card.  I embellished each card with fussy cut elements and flowers and then tucked in some of the chippie Ginni's flourishes pieces to each.  I added a Word Circle chippie and to finish each card I added a Happy Birthday Sentiment.

See each card below.

Thats' all from me today, I hope I have inspired you all a little with my Blissful Times Cards.
Until next time thanks so much for stopping by.

August Inspiration Canvas
"Super Hero"
by Marie Sabatier

For my creation today I chose to make a painting.

This little hero is a little man that I mind, too cute!

I left a color photo that I modified in black and white to have only the sign
 of superman in color.

I used a canvas of 46 X 26.6 centimeters

I applied a coat of white gesso and a black acrylic paint with a spatula.

I worked the background with:
- a stencil and structural mortar that I tinted with blue ink
- stamped with an embossing pad to emboss in warm white
- added a perforated adhesive tape

The chipboards are all coated with embossing powder, choosing the
colors that are associated with Superman, red, yellow and blue.

Love the shiny finish the embossing powder gives the chipboard.

To finish off I've added Art Stones, adding another texture to the canvas.

The 2Crafty Chipboard used :

- My lil' Super Hero
- Everyday Moments
- Mini Squiggly bits
- Light bulbs
- Wordcircles
- ATC Tiny Hearts & Stars

Thank you very much for your visit

See you soon !

June Inspiration By Noura Pompilla

Hello 2crafty Friends!

Noura here today sharing my projects for this month.
My first project is a layout in a Steampunk style with the lovely photo of
my husband and my daugther.

"Me & My Dad"

2crafty Products used...
-Steampunk gears small
-Steampunk gears medium
-Square collage panel
-Everyday Font L/C
-Clock face Frames
-Assorted arrows

My tittle was painted in black gesso and I added a few dots of perfect pearls
then rust acrylic and now my tittle has a steampunk touch, love it !

For the  background I chose Square collage panel to combine perfectly with the stencil ,
then layers of Steampunk gears medium and Steampunk gears small (I'm in love
with them <3 ) with the ceramic moulds, I also used Clock Fase Frame, I cut the
biggest piece through the middle to frame the photo.

I continued decorating with some Assorted arrows and with some numbers that come
with Every day Font L/C. All of the chipboards and elements were painted with
a black gesso and afterwards with acrylic metal paint and finally with
Shabby turbine teal and Cattail Copper Brown from Lindys Stamp Gang.

I made this layout for More Than Words June challenge

"Hello Sweet"

For my second project I made a couple of tags with bubble clump chippies.

2crafty chipboard used:
-Bubble Clumps
-Star Bubble set
-Word Circles set 1

For the titles of my tags I chose the beautiful Word Circles set # 1  and I painted it
with black gesso and I stuck a piece of vellum in the back.

This is the first time I'm using embossing powder and they are perfect for the chipboards,
it's like magic!, the Bubble Clumps and Star Bubble Set are embossed in mint color.

That's all from me today, until next month.
Have a great week.

July Layouts By Debbi Tehrani

"Sweet Smile"

I made this page for the More Than Words challenge, which asked us to use the
word "smile" as inspiration as well as a sketch. This adorable photo features my best
friend's daughter and her little girl, and they sure do have some sweet smiles!

The word "smile" came from the "Summertime" set, which has lots of different words. I colored it with two different teal stamp inks to get the right color to match the leaves in my floral paper and then coated it with clear embossing power to give it a glossy look. I couldn't resist using this cute little guy from the "Hedgehogs" pack on my page. I couldn't decide on a color for the hedgehog,
so I decided to leave him raw, but I added clear embossing powder to give him extra interest. The arrow, gessoed white, came from the "Assorted Arrows" sheet. I topped it with a wee heart from "ATC Tiny Hearts & Stars" and inked it pink.

I coated the "Bubble Clumps" with gesso and then painted it with Twinkling H2O's in the
Icicle color, which has flecks of glitter in it. I added patterned paper onto my frame form the "Polaroid Assortment Frames" to give it a woodgrain look. I popped a couple of raw, clear embossed hearts from the "ATC Tiny Hearts and Stars" to match my hedgehog onto the frame.

I just love 2Crafty's Circle Words, and I used the word "sweet" from "Word Circles Set 1" as part
of my title. I used the Icicle Twinkling H2O's on the circle part and the same ink and clear embossing powder I used for the "Smile." I added a heart from "ATC Tiny Hearts and Stars."

"You Are Simply the Best"

A girl at my school won a safety patrol award and her teacher asked me to make
 a scrapbook page for her.

The trophy came from the "Motocross" 6 x 6 set and was perfect for holding part of my title
(the word "you" came from "Card Word Set 2") and also conveying what the layout was about.
I used gold Zing embossing powder to give it sparkle and shine. I embossed the
"Simply the Best" title with two different colors.

The "Chevron Bits" were embossed with the same Sapphire PEARLustre embossing powder
I used on the title. I used the same gold Zing embossing powder on the "ATC Tiny Hearts & Stars" as I did on the title. I found a larger star from the "Stars" set to tuck into the "Medium Filmstrip." The "Inspire" word came from the "ATC Words 1" set. I painted a "Circle Revolution" white to frame the photo the main photo.

Once you take the frames out of the sheet of "Polaroid Assortment Frames," you will have leftover chipboard that, when cut, form more frames. I used that to frame the above photo, I painted that white. There's a bag behind this cluster that holds more photos from the event. Finally, I used a date from the "2016's."
