'Beautiful Destinations'
layout by Rachael Funnell

Hello there! Rach with you today
sharing this beachy themed layout
I created using some GREAT 2 Crafty Chipboard pieces

2 Crafty Chipboard used:
2023
Funky Film strips
6x4 Phrase sticks set 1
Seaweed Set

I kept the treatment to the chipboard quite simple yet again with just inking...
Let's start with the Funky Film strips, inking one in a lovely pale blue & the other in pasel pink
& I think they look GREAT sitting underneath my photo...

Next up I have the Seaweed where I have inked these randomly using some borwn ink &
then tucked in amoungst the cluster of fussy cutting & flowers..

For my tiltle which I think is just perfect for this page
beautiful destinations from  6x4 Phrase sticks set 1 -I've inked this with a lovely bright teal ..
I just love these phrase sticks, 2 Crafty have created such array of fantastic title sticks &
they are my go to when looking for a title..

Lastly a layout of mine these days isn't complete without the some sort of date added....
This time I have added the year 2023, inking this with black...
I'm really pleased with how this layout has turned out....

Thanks for stopping by,
I hope I have inspired you in some way
Until next time!

Dreams of Beauty - by Emma Zappone

 Hello everyone.
Emma with you today sharing my first 2Crafty project of 2023.
I hope this page inspires you to get a little creative. I loved playing with this colour scheme, and the chipboard pieces were definitely the perfect compliment.

Check out the pieces I used here.....

Foliage Set 4
Intricate Seahorses
Seaweed Set

I love how the chipboard is thin enough to slide between my layers and how well they work with all mediums.

The Foliage pieces on this page are only 2 pieces out of 6 in a pack. I love that this means I have so much more to play with on other projects. I painted these in a Light Blue acrylic and once dried sprayed a Pearl shimmer to them.

I applied the same finish on the Seaweed pieces too. With the pearl spray it made them a gorgeous silver tone.

I used the smaller Seahorse out of the 2 pack and painted it with a cream acrylic to start with and then found it got lost. So I rubbed a little orange distress crayon over the top and then activated it with a wet paint brush. So much better, that gorgeous Seahorse really pops now.

I hope I have inspired you to try something a little different, either it's the colour, chippy, size of the project or maybe it's all of the above. Whatever it is, have fun.

Thanks for joining me today, I will catch you all again soon.
Em xx

'Beautfiul Destinations' layout
By Rachael Funnell

Hello Everyone!
Rachael with you sharing another 2 Crafty inspired project..
Today I have this beach-themed layout...

2 Crafty Chipboard used:
seashells
seaweed set
6x4 Phrase set 1
Anchor buoy set

Let's start with this SUPER C.U.T.E Lil sea creator from the seashells pk ..
I have given it a light coat of gesso....

Next up for the Seaweed,  I have just randomly inked with a
brown & a blue to give it that  two-toned look,

Lastly, for this chipboard cluster,
I have some more of the two-toned colored seaweed,
also inking the anchor with the same brown as used on the seaweed.

Then finishing off with the title from the 6x4 Phrase set 1
'Beautiful Destinations

Thanks for stopping by
Until next time!

"tis, the season"
Layout By Marie Sabatier

Hello everyone,

Here I am again to present my second inspiration of this month of June.

In France, we are approaching the summer holidays,
It made me want to do a layout on the theme of the sea.

This is a picture of my son and grandson taken last year in a marina.

"tis, the season"

The 2Crafty Chipboard used:

- Mini Title Stick Christmas Set 1
- Assort Chain Borders
-  Anchors & Buoys Set
- Corner Steampunk Set 5
- Seaweed Set

First I cover the chipboard with a layer of white gesso.

To create perfect harmony, I used the shades of my paper to embellish the chipboard.

For the "Asst chain Borders" chipboard I used "Tin Roof Rusted" powder from Lindy’s Gang.
I placed them to create a dividing line for my layout.

To bring even more detail I added this chipboard "Corner Steampunk" which
I embellished with a gray metallic paint.

For the "Anchors & Buoys" chipboard I just applied a thin layer of "Bronze Age"
coloured wax to reveal the details of the chipboard.

The "Seaweed" chipboard I like have been coated with "Mermaid Sparkle" acrylic paint.

I love creating clusters by superimposing chipboard and ornaments.

Thank you for your visit, I wish you a good scrap with 2Crafty.

"Too Cute to Scare"
Layout and VIDEO by Marie Sabatier

Already November 1st, time goes by so fast!

My layout today with a step by step video,
I was inspired by the Halloween party with a photo of my little girl
from last year that I printed with a vintage effect.

2Crafty Chipboards used:

- Word Too Cute To Scare
- Halloween Frame
- Fine Leafy Bush
- Seaweed Set

I love this "Halloween Frame" that you can see here in these photos,
not very scared it is adorable.

I wanted to enrich my page with foliage.

And the title "Too Cute To Scare" that looks like the photo ....

I also had a chipboard "Seeweed"
that I turned into a flame.

Still very happy to have shared this creative moment with you
and these wonderful 2Craftychipboard.

"Sweet"
Layout by Marie Sabatier

For my layout today I was inspired by this photo
of a little boy, "Preyston".
it is a very recent photo but I printed it in a vintage way.

2Crafty Chipboard Used:

- Arrow word set 1
- Doodled-Frames
- Seaweed Set
- Winter Twig
- Mesh Bits

I wanted to keep the wood effect of the chipboards,
so I applied on each chipboard without insisting a little white gesso.

Then a mixture of white gesso with a turquoise ink
and to finish a little wax natural color.

Some close-ups:...

I found original to frame the boat the chipboard "Doodled-Frames"
is well highlighted this way.

Only on the title and on the chipboard "WinterTwig".

Flowers, pebbles, embellishments to sublimate everything and voila!

I like the effect.

I hope this creation has given you ideas to create you too!

See you soon..
