Unofficial Beach Bum - Laura Gilhuly

 Hi everyone!
I am back today to share a beachy layout of our oldest when he was young!

2Crafty Products used:

6" Circle revolution frame
Cattail Shrub
6x6 Circle Frame set
Unofficial Beach Bum
Anchors
Seaweed
Industrial Spring Set

I wanted to keep with the grungy feel and colours of the paper.  After prepping the chipboard with white gesso I layered distress ink in scorched timber, uncharted mariner and faded jeans then spritzed with water and repeated until I achieved the look I wanted.

For the title I used steampunk sepia mist then heat embossed with cafe au lait embossing powder

I layered fussy cut images with the chipboard dies stones.

I love scrapping photos of my husband with our sons.

2Crafty Products used:

Suzie's Swirls
Filmstrips - Small
Father & Son Moment
Circle Dot Frame
6" Circle Revolution
Mini Checkerboard Bits
Photo Adornment - Element Set 3

I painted the circle revolution frame, the element set 3 and the filmstrip to be slightly different then the rest of the altered chipboard.

The other pieces I started with heavy texture paste

I then began layering different shades of blues and browns to achieve the look I wanted.

After the mists dried I inked the edges and a bit of the raised texture.

"Sunshine & Blue Skies"
Layout by Marie Sabatier

Hello everyone,

I hope everyone is doing well!
For my new project this August, I designed a summer layout.
The photo shows my little niece exploring the sandy beaches of Mauritius and its treasures.
Receiving new photos that stimulate my creativity is always a source of joy for me.

"Sunshine & Blue Skies"

The chipboard used:

- "Sunshine & Blue Skies"
- 6" Circle Revolution Frames
- Anchor & Buoy Set
- Intricate Seahorses
- Mini Bubbles Squares Clumps
- Mini Word Set 4

After finding the chipboards that inspired me to create my layout,
I start by applying a layer of white gesso.
The "Circle Revolution", "Buoy", "Mini Bubbles" and the mini word "Explore"
were embellished with a white embossing powder.

To finish off the base group I added "Mini Bubbles Square Clumps" particle board. Divided in two.
It brings a little touch of fantasy.
The white sets it apart from paper embellishments.

I chose a Distress embossing 'Faded jeans' powder for the other chipboards but I suspect that I have it for a while and that I have a "grainy" effect.
But in the end I liked the result, it gives a "sand" aspect (lol)!

Another way to use the beautiful 2Crafty chipboards is presented here!
It is available from your favorite seller or directly on https://2crafty.com.au/.

Thank you very much!

with Lisa Amiet

Hello 2Crafty lovers!
It's Lisa here today to share a layout,
that I hope will inspire you to create.

Crazy About You

2Crafty products used:

For this layout, I have used one of the
'6" Circle Revolution Frames',
which I have left raw.

I have also used some of the 'Mini Checkerboard Bits',
which I have embossed in a bright white finish.

I have also used a few of the 'Mini Number Panels',
which I have painted yellow to match my layout colours.

I have also used one of the geotags,
from the 'Mini Assorted Camera Set',
which I have inked in a dark blue.

For my title, I have chosen the bold and fun
'Crazy About You',
that I have also painted in yellow to coordinate with my theme.

Hello Everyone!
Rach with you sharing my first bit of March inspiration....
This layout featuring my 2 kids with 1 of their grandparents, with a heritage vintage feel to it!

Cherished, Family, Memories Title
2018
ATC - Banner set 2 (forever)
ATC - Tiny Stars & Hearts (hearts)

For this layout I choose to use 1 of the newly 2 Crafty January 2019 release
Cherished Family Memories Chipboard title, inking it with black..
The 2018 which is always a great way to add the date to a page has also been inked with black.

Continuing with inking, this time with a lime green ink,
3 of the Medium Steampunk cogs, few of  the gorgeous ATC - Tiny Hearts
in various sizes, and 6" Circle frame....

Lastly! I lightly painted the ATC - Forever banner with gesso and the 6" Heart Lattice
also been painted with a couple of coats of gesso, cutting the lattice sheet up into
smaller pieces and adhering them my page....

"You Make Me Happy" Canvas by Bec Genet

Hi all. Today I'm here to share a canvas I made, while this canvas may look complicated it was actually very simple to make.
To make it all I needed was 6 pieces of chipboard, 9 flowers and 1 water colour paint set.

The 2Crafty Chipboard I used was:
You Make me Happy title
6" Circle revolution frames
Amelia Flower Stem Large
Chloe's Vines
Film Strip Medium

I used the Prima watercolour set Woodlands to colour my canvas and chipboard pieces. I just added the watercolour straight onto the raw chipboard. I like how the colour soaks in unevenly to the  give a variation in colour to each piece of chipboard.

The 6" Circle revolution frames (Only half of the medium circle was used) and the Film Strips medium were coloured with the black watercolour from the set.

The You Make me Happy title, Amelia Flower Stem Large and Chloe's Vines were coloured in a teal watercolour. I wanted the title to be a little lighter so it would stand out, to do this I added some white gesso to it.
