Unofficial Beach Bum - Laura Gilhuly

 Hi everyone!
I am back today to share a beachy layout of our oldest when he was young!

2Crafty Products used:

6" Circle revolution frame
Cattail Shrub
6x6 Circle Frame set
Unofficial Beach Bum
Anchors
Seaweed
Industrial Spring Set

I wanted to keep with the grungy feel and colours of the paper.  After prepping the chipboard with white gesso I layered distress ink in scorched timber, uncharted mariner and faded jeans then spritzed with water and repeated until I achieved the look I wanted.

For the title I used steampunk sepia mist then heat embossed with cafe au lait embossing powder

I layered fussy cut images with the chipboard dies stones.

'Enjoy Every Moment'
with Lisa Amiet

Hello 2Crafty fans!
It's Lisa here today to share some travel inspo with you.
I have used a couple of the newer releases of chipboard and have new faves!

'Enjoy Every Moment'

2Crafty Products used:

For this layout I used one of the 'Cattail Shrubs'
which I have left raw as I think the natural
tones work well with the blue and white of my papers.

I have layered this with some of the 'Lattice Leaves'
and one of the 'Ginny's Flourish Set',
both embossed in white.

I have also used a couple of the 'Bush Nut Stems',
that I have finished in a multi-toned shades of blue.

I again used some of the 'Lattice Leaves'
and one of the flourishes from the 'Ginny's Flourish Set',
all embossed in white.
I also used one of the 'Mini Title Stick Set 6' that I have left raw.

To finish, I used the 'Enjoy Every Moment' title,
which I have finished with the same multi-toned shades of blue used earlier.

I really love the blue and white tones of this layout,
with the pops of the raw chipboard giving it earthy vibes.

I hope that you like what I have created,
and that it inspires you to get crafty today.

Until next time!

Lisa
