"precious" Layout by Marie Sabatier

 Hello everyone, 

Here is my first inspiration for this new year of creativity!

    I was lucky enough to receive a gift of a photo shoot to do with my grandchildren.

A great moment of happiness and laughter that we shared together.

"precious"

The chipboard used:

precious-loopy-font

me-my-grandma-title

12-x-12-clock-face-frames

magnolia-stems

foliage-set-11

     

I started by applying a coat of white gesso to each chipboard.

I used my favorite chipboard "Clock Face Frames". 

Then I added Lindy's Gang embossing powder in the shade 'Golden Angel Wings' and finished using  "Bronze Age" wax.

I also used "Bronze Age" wax for the word "precious".

I love this typography.

    In the same way, I rub the phrase "Me & My Grandma" with "Bronze Age" wax.

I position it partially on my photo.

    Here I create a cluster of embellishments or insert "Foliage Set 11" leaves.

On the ends, I add “Terra Cotta Rust” colored embossing powder.

The "magnolia stems" chipboard was also enhanced with embossing powder.

I did not heat the powder precisely to obtain a "mixed media" effect.

Finally, I add white gesso stains.

Hello everybody. 
I can't believe a month has past, time flies!

This is my first page. I wanted color and cheerfulness. 

With another photo of my little girl !!!

For this page I used two titles

"LOVE TO POSE" and "PURE JOY"

For the top of my page I used two papers to be able to insert the small photo

I covered the chipboards with embossing powder. For butterflies I used 3 colors to highlight the details .... they are so beautiful !!

And I have used the Viney Circle Frames around my gorgeous photos.

I have added the Mini Branches to the other embellishments to harmonize my page ...

 My second page is all about color too ....

"PRECIOUS"

I have added some mixed media to the base paper before

 layering my photos and embellishements.

I chose this paper to highlight the chipboards "Ivy clusters"

that I embossed in the same shades of green ....

For the Precious title I have embossed in Gold.

The Doilies have been heat embossed in the same Gold as the title, giving a thick, rich coating.

Hello 2crafty fans!

It is my turn to show my March layouts. 

The first one I'm revealing was a self-challenge to create a page featuring myself on a colorful page. 

"This Me"

It's always hard to find inspiration to create a page about myself but
 I really like how this one turned out!

I painted the chipboard title: This is me with a black paint. 

I embossed the Lattice leaves chipboard with a white and gold embossing enamel.

For the Swaying Branches chipboard, I painted them with a 

silver paint and used a pink embossing ink.

I painted the Frame Lucy's Flourish chipboard with bright 

turquoise ink then embossed with white embossing powder.

In this layout I used the following 2Crafty Chipboards products:

"Precious"

The next layout I am presenting today is the pre-school picture of my daughter.

 For this layout, I have also prepared a video, that you can see at the bottom of this post, 

showing the various techniques I used to prepare the chipboards so they look even more awesome.

I painted the Summer Leaf Stem chipboard with embellishment mousse then I

 embossed them with pink embossing ink.

I embossed the beautiful Climbing Rose bush chipboard with white and pink embossing enamel.

I used some copper enamel to emboss the Precious Loopy Font chipboard.

For the Grid bits, I used a gold pigment ink as a paint.

Hello 2Crafty Fans!

Jaya here with you all today and I have a few projects I made using the gorgeous
2Crafty Chipboards to share with you all. 

My first project is this Canvas.

"You Make Me Happy"

Close up pics-

 I painted the circle revolution frames in emerald green acrylic paints. I covered the
 flower doily in black gesso and dabbed some gold paint here and there for a little highlight. 

The title chipboard has been covered in white gesso. I love how the
white pops against the dark background. 

The Decorative Rod chipboard has once again been covered in white gesso. Once it was dry I applied some soft gel on it and sprinkled some blue fine glitter. I love the sparkly look so much .

 Some close ups-

I covered the title chippie in white gesso . I like the look of this line word in white running all across my page.

How absolutely adorable is that  Intricate Sea horse chippie! I totally love it. I think it looks amazing!

 The Handrawn heart and Whispy Dandelions chippies have been covered in white gesso and while it was still wet to touch I sprinkled some sparkling powder on top of it. Once dry, I sprayed the centers with mist.
