"Perfection"
Layout by Marie Sabatier

Hello everyone,

I present to you my second inspiration for this month of September.

A still romantic layout!

"Perfection"

The 2CraftyChipboards used :

- Perfection
- Frame Oval Ornate
- PA Decorative Rod Set 1
- Lattice Leaf Set

I applied a coat of white gesso to each chipboard.

I used my adorable "Frame Oval Ornate" chipboard
which I embellished with Lindy's Gang "CafĂ© au Lait" embossing powder
then I gave a little contrast by adding lightly "Turquoise Satin" wax and "Bronze Age".

This is the star chipboard of my layout I love its super sleek design.

To stay in the same style I chose these chipbards "PA Decorative Rod Set".
They are precious and delicate.

To harmonize with the background of my paper,
I chose Turquoise embossing powder.

To bring more detail and relief I also added some "Lattice Leaf Set".

The magic of chipboards.

For the title I added nothing, I liked it as it is!

That's it for me, come back every day to discover magnificent creations.

Thank you for your visit, see you soon!

Look on the Bright side Canvas
By Emma with Bonus VIDEO

Hello 2Crafty friends.
Emma with you today with a canvas project.

Here is the awesome chipboard used:

Fancy Damask
Decorative Rod set 1
Steampunk gears small

This project started with a 5x7in canvas. Knowing that I wanted a slight medieval/steampunk vibe, the pieces of chipboard selected set this off awesomely.

It has multi layers starting with a So EmBellishment rice paper and then adding texture with texture paste and Seth Apter baked velvet emboss powder. Then came a little colour with a couple of Distress oxide sprays. The Fancy Damask and Decorative Rod were painted first with  a layer of acrylic paint and then another emboss powder, again Seth Apter, but in a baked texture.

The Steampunk gears and resins were painted with black gesso and then coated with a Distress Glaze. Then the resins had a hint of Prima wax added for more texture.

The finishes on the chipboard really make them pop and compliment each element on the project. You can watch these pieces and the whole canvas coming together in the video.

I hope this inspires and you get to have some crafty time over the long weekend.

Stay crafty, Em xx

"Precious"
Layout by Marie Sabatier

Hello, I am delighted to be back with you and to present you a new page.

I really like to take close-up photos.
Here it is a photo of my little girl dressed as a snow queen.
Precious moments to share with my passion for scrapbooking.

"Precious"

2Crafty Chipboards Used :

- Precious Loopy Font
- Frame Nella's
- Decorative Rod Set 1

As always I applied a layer of white gesso on each chipboard
which I then covered with "Magic Moon Pearls" colored embossing powder.

I really like the delicacy and the royal effect of the "decorative rod" chipboards.

Here, before positioning it, I cut it to have an effect.

I just added a few "Crystal drop" beads of the same shade.

This frame "Nella's" is splendid.
I love its design even positioned at the back, it comes off very well.

To finish the title "precious" that I chose a little big to give it a lot of importance.

I will be back to present three more creations to you later this month.
So, see you soon.

July's layouts by Sandra Bernard

''Forever''

Hi crafty friends! today I show you a layout in my favorite craft color...green...
I don't know why, but I love that color...

2Crafty chipboard Used:

Floral Heart

Fine Word Set 1

Decorative Rod Set 1

Decorative Rod Set 2

I simply started with gesso and water on my background. I put the mix on
my acrylic block and I stamped directly onto my paper.

I used Decorative Rod Set 2 and Decorative Set 1 without altering them.
I simply cut one of each them to make my remainder.

The title ''forever'' from Fine word set 1 & I heat embossed it with green powder.

I partially put gesso on the floral heart to contrast from the background and the title.

''Follow Your Heart''

Again this time, I let myself be inspired by colors and,
& like usual, the earth tones talked to me...

2Crafty chipboard Products Used:
Follow Your Heart
Flowers with Leaves
Marianne's Butterflies

I used some color and stencil on my background in the same colors
from my paper and my altered chipboards.

I altered Flowers with leaves by partially heat embossing them.

I altered Marianne's butterflies with gel medium and
some mica, acrylic beads and white gesso.

I just painted in brown my title Follow your heart - title
and added some white gesso on the edges to make a contrast.

Thanks a lot and see you next month!

March Inspiration Projects by Jaya Raghuvanshi

Hello 2Crafty Fans!

Jaya here with you all today and I have a few projects I made using the gorgeous
2Crafty Chipboards to share with you all.

My first project is this Canvas.

"You Make Me Happy"

Close up pics-

I painted the circle revolution frames in emerald green acrylic paints. I covered the
flower doily in black gesso and dabbed some gold paint here and there for a little highlight.

The title chipboard has been covered in white gesso. I love how the
white pops against the dark background.

The Decorative Rod chipboard has once again been covered in white gesso. Once it was dry I applied some soft gel on it and sprinkled some blue fine glitter. I love the sparkly look so much .

I covered the title chippie in white gesso . I like the look of this line word in white running all across my page.

How absolutely adorable is that  Intricate Sea horse chippie! I totally love it. I think it looks amazing!

The Handrawn heart and Whispy Dandelions chippies have been covered in white gesso and while it was still wet to touch I sprinkled some sparkling powder on top of it. Once dry, I sprayed the centers with mist.
