"dream" Layout by Marie Sabatier

Hello everyone!

I am always happy to meet you to present my new inspiration. 

A bright and flowery layout with this photo of one of our little females "Fouine" 

who likes to be photographed.  She’s twelve years old.

The chipboards used:

- Fine Word Set 3

- 11" Celia Frame

- Lacy Border Set

- Heart Clumps

To frame my photo I chose this beautiful chipboard "Celia Frame"

I like it is wide and elegant and gives a lot of importance to my photo.

I first applied a layer of "Peacock" metallic wax and over it a layer of "Lucky Emerald" 

antique wax from the "Prima" brand.

To give volume to my frame I added layers of cardboard and for more detail I added this chipboard 

"Lacy Border Set" it emphasizes the frame and gives style.

It takes a little patience but it is very nice to bring beauty to each chipboard.

I chose this title it is long, fine and highlights my photo. 

I embellished the title with "Orange Creamside" color embossing powder. 

To finish I added this chipboard "Heart Clumps" that I insert behind my photo and
through my bouquet, a bit of fantasy that gives a beautiful result. 

I hope you enjoyed this layout and will have new ideas to create 

with this beautiful range of chipboards.

"forever" Layout by Marie Sabatier

Good morning all!

I am happy to meet you again to present my second inspiration for this month of March.

Through the disasters of our world it is comforting to be able to continue to create while forgetting all that for a few moments.

I made a rather bright layout with a photo of Mia taken last summer.

The 2Crafty Chipboards used:

- Mini Word Set 2

- Frame Loopy Love Hearts

- Lattice-Hearts

- Lacy Border Set 

- Fine Floral Corner

- Circle Tags Set 1

To start I apply a layer of white gesso on each chipboard.

I chose two colors of embossing powder from Lindy's Gang to embellish them "Purely White" 

and a turquoise blue "Madonna Robe Blue Gold".

I used a very bright white to bring a lot of contrast to my layout.

I cut out a "Fine Floral Corner" chipboard so I could arrange it my way. I love the finesse of this chipboard.

I use the frame in the background of my layout that I previously modified in turquoise blue like the heart, it frames and embellishes my photo well.

I used two words, the "Circle Tags" chipboard was just rubbed with a bit of "bronze" wax.

"Pretty in Pink" By Chrissy Tingey

Hi everyone, I'm back with my second post for January featuring

some wonderful flourishes & border chipboards.

Fanciful Butterflies

Lacy Border set 1

 I love the beautiful Lacy Border Set and wanted to show them all off, so I hope
 my layout “design” has achieved this, the lacy border chipboards make such
 pretty edges to the different paper sections.
 With a quick coat of black acrylic paint they then coordinate beautifully.

I have used both sets of Flourishes and tucked them in and around my fussy
cut elements, I cut some of the bits off that would have been hidden and
dotted these around my layout to make good use of them.

I can never resist a butterfly, painted with black acrylic paint again to coordinate,
the beautiful "Fanciful butterflies" finish off my layout, there are two sizes in the pack,
so I have layered them up to give some height and dimension
 to my layout, I have then added a tiny pearl to each. They look so pretty.

"My WISH For You" Album with a video slideshow By Marie Sabatier

My new inspiration, a wedding album with lots of wonderful 2CraftyChipboard.

I created this album for the pleasure of giving.

The photos are the day of my nephew's wedding, an unforgettable day, a magical wedding
with a little country air but elegant and sumptuous.

Beforehand I applied a layer of white gesso on each chipboard.

Then I embellished the chipboards either with embossing powder of different shades or with wax.

I really like the chipboards in the albums it adds a lot of charm and volume.

With titles, words and sentences can make you feel a lot of emotion.

For the album cover I embellished the chipboards with embossing powder in different colors.

Here are some details of the album pages with the chipboards used.

Chipboard lace borders are perfect for scrapbooks, 

they highlight the separation of the pages well.

I love the design of this heart, it is so romantic!

I hope you liked it and that you in turn might also make an album full of chipboard.

'Shine' Layout + VIDEO by Lisa Amiet

Hello all! 

It's Lisa here today to share some scrappy goodness with you.

I have a layout to share 

'Shine'

This layout features my daughter, 

I have gone for a lovely floral paper design.

For this layout I have used one of the beautiful borders from the 'Lacy Border Set 1',

which contains 3 different designs. 

I have finished it with white embossing powder.

I have also used two of the flourishes from the

'Flourish Adornment Set 5',

which I have again embossed white.

I have added them on either side of my page.

I have used the title 'Shine - Script' for this layout, 

finished in white.

Lastly I have used 'Flower Doilies',
tucked into my layers.

"Happy" by Marie Sabatier

My second inspiration for this month of March is a very colorful page, want clarity and good mood, I love this picture of my little daughter that time flies!

Here are the chipboards that I used for this page:

- happy fine script

- Lacy border Set

- Circle dot frames

For each Chipboard I applied a layer of white gesso and then a métallique vintage rose acrylic paint
