"Snow Happy"
Layout By Marie Sabatier

Hello everyone,

This layout was inspired by the happiness of my grandson in this photo taken recently
during the ski holidays.
He was so proud to win his first medal for his skiing debut.

"Snow Happy"

2Crafty Chipboard used:

- Snow Happy
- 6" Circle Zipper Frame Set
- Funky Outline Christmas Trees
- Crystal Snowflakes

To achieve this layout I was inspired by the colors of my grandson’s outfit.

I start by using black gesso on the chipboards "Circle Zipper Frame" and "Funky Outline Christmas".
On the circle I add a thin layer of "Old White" matte wax.

On the chipboard "Funky Outline Christmas" I choose different colors and materials.
A wax "Lucky Emerald", embossing powder "Ghouly Goblin Green" and again wax "Old White.
I love layering chipboard!

I use "White" embossing powder to embellish the "Crystal Snowklakes" chipboards
and I insert them into my embellishment cluster.

I do the same for the title, but I make it even whiter by applying two layers.

Nothing special for this layout, just add beautiful chipboards and voila.

Many thanks for your visit!

"Snow Happy"
Layout by Marie Sabatier

Hello everyone,

I am always happy to meet you to present my new inspiration.

In France, we are on winter school holidays.
My granddaughter has just spent a week on holiday in the snow
and this new photo inspired me to create a layout with my favorite chipboards.

"Snow Happy"

The 2Crafty chipboard used:

- Word "Snow Happy"
- Sabine Frame
- Winter Twig Branches
- Foliage Set 10
- Starbright Snowflakes
- Circle Tags Set 2

I was inspired by the colors of the ski jacket to make my layout.

I prepare each panel by applying a layer of white gesso.

I then embellished the title, frame and chipboard "Strabright Snowflakes" with Lindy’s Gang’s
"Pop Rock Purple" coloured embossing powder.

I set up my frame, my photo, and then I formed two clusters.

I added on the "Winter Twig Branches" chipboards a "Lucky Emerald" wax
which I then inserted into my cluster.
By highlighting them.

I did the same for the chipboard "Foliage Set 10".

The snowflake being well openwork it is possible to distinguish the colors behind and mixes
well in the middle of the flowers

And, for more details I added this tag in circle that found its place!

I hope I brought you some freshness and the need to scrape.

Thank you for your visit and see you soon!

"Snow Happy"
Layout by Marie Sabatier

Hello, I am very happy to be with you again this year. I would like to thank Vanessa
very much for her trust and for allowing me to continue
creating with these magnificent chipboards.

I take this first day of the year to wish you all
a happy new year and especially good health so important at this time.

Here is my first inspiration of the year, I chose to make a page on the theme of snow
with a photo from last year.

"Snow Happy"

The 2Craftychipboard used:

- Word Snow Happy
- Frame Dotted Doily Circle
- Corner Twig Branches
- Linear Snowflake

I started by applying a coat of white gesso on the chipboards.

On the "Frame Dotted Doily Circle" and "Corner Twig Branches" chipboards,
I applied "Lucky Emerald" antique wax to my fingers.

For the "Linear Snowflakes" I applied Lindy's Gang "Prima Donna Purple"
embossing powder in a bright color to catch the eye.

I really like the finesse and the different sizes of these snowflakes.

Here I also used the "Frame Dotted Doily Circle" chipboard on a small scale,
which I embellished with embossing powder.

Finally, the title,
I find it so important to give a title to a page to express our idea.

I finish by adding a lot of pebbles, metallic pearls, sequins for a mixed media effect.

Thanks for watching, hope you enjoyed it.

I wish you a happy new year of creativity with 2Craftychipboard.

Snow Happy
by Sabrina Turpin

Hello 2Crafty fans!

Today I'd like to present you the newest member of our family!! Yes, we just got a puppy! It's been years since my husband and I wanted a dog and we've decided that our kids were old enough and the time was just right. He's been with us for almost two weeks now and we're in love! He's also crazy about snow, he really likes to frolick and pounce in it!

So now I'm sharing the very first layout I made featuring him: meet Neho the puppy.

"Snow Happy"

On the "Fine Snowflakes", I've applied some white-blue embossing enamel.

For the "Dianne's Doily Set", I first applied a coat of white gesso. Then, I've used some navy-blue watercolor on top of it. I've applied some blue wax on the contour. Finally, I've traced the borders with black ink.

On the title, "Snow Happy", I used silver embossing powder and then dabbed some white embossing ink on top.

I used the following 2Crafty chipboards in this layout:
Fine Snowflakes [m00102]
Dianne's Doily Set [m00586]
Snow Happy [w00556]

That's all for me today! I hope you enjoyed meeting our new little friend! I'll be back in a few weeks, with more layouts to share with you guys. Until then, have fun creating!
