Hello 2Crafty fans!

It's going to be our first summer since our new furry friend joined our family and he's already having a blast spending more time outside than he could during the cold winter months. He just loves sleeping in the shade and playing with the kids, especially when they're playing with water! Yesterday I took a picture of him after my daughter splashed him and it was just perfect for a new layout.

"Remember"

On the Dianne's doily set, I applied a coat of a red acrylic paint and used a 

flowerish stamp with some sandy embossing powder. 

On the palm set leaves, I used watercolor paint. I mixed a bit of blue and 

lime colour to get the shade I was looking for. 

On the intricate sea horses, I used blue embossing ink and added some 

pearl embossing powder on top of it.

For my title, I applied a sandy black embossing powder very roughly,

 so we can see the grain of the chipboard.

Snow Happy by Sabrina Turpin

Hello 2Crafty fans!

Today I'd like to present you the newest member of our family!! Yes, we just got a puppy! It's been years since my husband and I wanted a dog and we've decided that our kids were old enough and the time was just right. He's been with us for almost two weeks now and we're in love! He's also crazy about snow, he really likes to frolick and pounce in it!

So now I'm sharing the very first layout I made featuring him: meet Neho the puppy.

"Snow Happy"

On the "Fine Snowflakes", I've applied some white-blue embossing enamel.

For the "Dianne's Doily Set", I first applied a coat of white gesso. Then, I've used some navy-blue watercolor on top of it. I've applied some blue wax on the contour. Finally, I've traced the borders with black ink.

On the title, "Snow Happy", I used silver embossing powder and then dabbed some white embossing ink on top.

"Live Laugh Love" by Sabrina Turpin

Hello 2Crafty fans!

Last week-end was pretty exciting for me as I was celebrating my birthday with a great bunch of friends and my family! To kick off the celebrations early, I decided that I would indulge a bit and prepare a layout featuring my own face juuuust before I get older again!

I'm pretty happy about the result, especially with the chipboards on which I tried a few new techniques.

"Live Laugh Love"

I hand-applied wax on the "Flourish Adornment Set 6" chipboard and inked the borders with black ink.

For the "Frame Celia's Flourish", I applied black paint, waited for it to dry, then applied rose-gold paint. I applied pink embossing ink on top and finally inked the border in black.

On the "Dianne's doily set", I applied white-pink embossing enamel. For the title, "Live Laugh Love", I used bronze embossing enamel.

July inspiration Tags " Believe in Hope" by Noura Pompilla

 Hello 2crafty fans !!

Today is my last post as DT member for 2crafty

 which was an awesome experience for me.

 I learned a lot and I had the opportunity to play around with fabulous products,

 I'm very grateful for everything.

First I took the Flourish adornment set 3 and Diannes doily set and started
 to make my composition with some pieces of clay.

To decorate the sides of my tags I glued on Angel wings and I put all the pieces
in white gesso and I painted them with some paints.

Finally I chose the tittles from Xmas Mini words.

Hello 2 Crafty fans how are you doing ?

 I hope you had a wonderful holiday. This is my first post of 2018 :)
Let me show you my first project, it is a fantasy page.

"Dream"

Details...

I used Chloe's Vines embossed in white color to frame the photo,  they give 

the appearance of wings, so delicate, I just love the effect.

Mini word set 1"dream" I painted it with acrylic paint and afterwards
 I covered it with clear embossing powder.

Finally for a decorative effect I just left the Mini Branches a natural color.

Tags - "Love & Cherish"

For my second project I made these tags. I wanted to make something in soft colors.

The  Corner Swirly Heart set I heat embossed with Lindys merci beaucoup mint
 Embossing Powder.  These are so delicate.

Dianne Doily I decided to put under my flowers and
heat embossed in Lindy's Chateau Rose.

The tittles  " Love" and "Cherish" are from the Mini Words Set 2 and    
Crihstmas Mini Words set 2 & were embossed in Lindy's King Midas Gold.

September Inspirations - By Lilibleu

Hello 2 Crafty fans !!

This is Lilibleu speaking and today I give you my inspiration for September. I chose to
  make two pages with the beautiful 2Crafty chipboards!! My two pages are intentionally
 with very different colors one from the other, but both are with a mixed-media background :)

Here is my first project, a very flowery page with pink and purple tones:

"Precious"

2 Crafty Chipboard used:

- Mini Word Set 2

- Dreamcatchers 

- Paformal 3 

I chose to use the "Precious" word from the "Mini Word 2" set 

as a title and to paint it black to make it more visible.

I love the "Paformal 3" chipboard, I find it beautiful and its big size perfectl

 dresses my page. I embossed it with golden powder to create a contrast.

The "delight" word is painted black.

I used the "Dreamcatchers" chipboard to reinforce the fairy impression, 

I embossed it with a purple metallic powder.

And now, here is my second page in much warmer colors:

"A Moment Captured"

2 Crafty Chipboard used:

- A moment captured

- Dianne's doily set

- Mini-Branches 

- Dandelions 

The "Mini-Branches" foliage is embossed with bronze powder.

The "Dianne's doily set" placemats are embossed with golden powder and I put a

 layer of gesso on the edge to make them stand out.

The "a moment captured" title is embossed with white powder, highlighting it nicely.

The last chipboard I used on my page is the "Dandelions" flower that 

reminds me of the flower on my photo.
