"JUST love OUR Story"
Layout by Marie Sabatier

Hello everyone,

I present you my second inspiration of this month of May.
A soft layout, with neutral and soothing colors.
Inspired by a family photo announcing the birth of a new child.
A precious testimony of life.

"JUST love OUR Story"

The chipboard used:

Once I'd chosen my background paper and paper embellishments, I opted for the chipboards that seemed best suited to the designs, especially this gorgeous "Large Berry Stem".
It's incredibly beautiful, and I think it's ideal for this layout.

As usual, I cover each chipboard with a layer of white gesso.

The frames "Doilies" were decorated with embossed powders "Lindy’s Gang" "Twilight Blue Slate"
mixed with sky blue.

To add more depth, I insert a circle of printed paper from the collection under the photo.
I place cardboard under it to raise it.

For the title, I'm using the same colors as for the frames.
I'm mixing two colors for the 'Large Berry Stem' chipboard: 'Cleopatra's Copper' and 'Desert Moon Copper Teal'. By heating the powder, I accentuate certain areas more or less to achieve different effects. I love the shine it creates.

I am always amazed by the result obtained with these beautiful chipboards.

It’s up to you!

"These Moments"
Layout by Marie Sabatier

Hello everybody,

I come to present to you my second inspiration of this month of April.
A layout in purple and yellow tones, I love the union of these two colors.

"These Moments"

The 2Crafty Chipboards Used:

- These Moments
- Steampunk Border 9 Inch
- Doily Frames

I just got this new "Steampunk Border 9 Inch" chipboard and I couldn't wait to use it.

As always, I apply a layer of white gesso on each chipboard.

I worked the same way on the "Steampunk Border" and "Doily Frame" chipboards, a first coat of Finnabair's "Iris Potion" acrylic paint and then small touches of "Bronze Age" metallic wax.

On the title just wax to obtain a patina effect.
I then placed it over my photo and lightly over the frame.

I added this photo taken at an angle so I can show you how the "Steampunk"
chipboard stands out in my layout arrangement.
So that the chipboard appears in relief I fixed it on this strip of paper which
I glued with 3D adhesive foam.

I hope you liked this layout and you can use one of these new beautiful chipboards.

Thank you for your visit.
Good scrap.

Our New Puppy
by Sabrina Turpin

 Hello 2Crafty friends!

Hope you're all doing great! On my side I'm doing awesome. It was my birthday a few weeks ago and it was pretty good, even given the weird COVID circumstances. In a few weeks, it's going to be my baby's turn to have his birthday! Indeed, my dog Neho is going to be a year old! How time flies! It feels we barely just adopted him but he's already been with us for a full 9 months!

There is this awesome chipboard title I've wanted to use a for while back and I realize now's
the right time before my big boy grows too much!

"Our New Puppy"

On the "Ada's Flourishes", I applied a pink embossing enamel.

For the "Doily Frames", I applied a silver wax with my finger and then applied black ink on the borders.

On the title, "Our New Puppy", I used two coats of teal-gold shimmering paint, then made it
dry quickly with my heat gun to give it a sandy look. Then I brushed a bit of black ink on top.

I used the following 2Crafty chipboards in this layout:

Ada's Flourishes [m00724]
Our New Puppy [w00288]
Doily Frames [fr0060]

That's all for me today! I hope you enjoyed this layout and that it gave you some ideas
for your own creations! I'll be back in a few weeks with more ideas to share with you!

 See you soon!

"What a Wonderful Day"
Layout by Marie Sabatier

Hello, 2Crafty Chipboard fans!

A new month that begins and new inspirations from all our team.

I was inspired by the paper to create this page and this photo of my niece on
her wedding day!

"What a Wonderful Day"

2Crafty Chipboards used:

- What a Wonderful Day
- Foliage Set 8
- Doily Frames

A first application of gesso on each chipboards.

I chose this "Foliage Set 8" chipboard identical to the foliage of my paper
and I found it interesting to position it on the branches to give relief.

I applied a coat of black gesso, and then some gray metallic paint.
To give more relief to the branches I add a little glue which I covered with black
embossing powder, drying quickly and delicately.

For the "Doily Frames" chipboards I applied acrylic paint in two colors
to differentiate them.

To finish the title which gives all the importance to my page which I embellished
with the glossy acrylic paint Haematite, ocean and mint-green.

Thank you for your visit today and
I'll get back to you in fifteen days.

But above all, come back every day to admire and
 be inspired by new creations.

"Baby Boy"
Layout by Marie Sabatier

Here I am for my second page of this month of May.

My inspiration today comes from this photo representing the round belly of my
beautiful daughter and my little granddaughter,  who announced that I will be a
grandma for the second time and this time to a "baby boy".

"Baby Boy"

Here is the choice of 2Crafty Chipboards that I used:

- Word Baby Boy
- Doily frames
- Tangled Lamp posts

With the choice of these chipboard I chose to make a shabby page.

As always I applied a layer of white gesso on each chipboard.

I then covered them with embossing powders in the colors
of  "Bratwurst Brown" and "Pink".

Some close-ups:

To finish I applied some touches of wax which also gives a brilliant effect.

That's it for this month.

Another good reason to scrap fantastic chipboard and wonderful events.

"Sweet Album" by Elena Martynova

Hello my dear friends!
Today I want to show an album, which is intended for a little girl.
I did it with great love and inspiration. The main decoration of the
 cover and pages
 were wonderful chipboards by 2Crafty.

I added title "Our daughter Milana" in a wonderful frame Oval Ornate.

I invite you to see how I decorated the pages of the album.
You will find a list of used chipboard at the end of the post.

I decorated the silhouette of a pregnant woman with

Page dedicated to the birth of the baby I decorated with

 Here I used
I took only a frame, and butterflies will live
on the last pages of the album.

I covered Circle Flowers  with yellow embossing powder
and turned it into sunshine.

On this page I used Frame Ingrid's.

I decorated the picture frame with Doodled Frames.

Photos of the baby and her parents will frame these circles from Doily Frames.

This pages I decorated with Frankie's Frames and

On the last pages I placed a Rose Set.

At the very end of the album there is a secret page
dedicated to the meeting of Christmas.
It is decorated with a frame from the set Frankie's Frames.

Thank you for your visit!

Have a nice day!
