"Love My Mum" PLUS "Me & My Dad" Canvas by Marie Sabatier

For my second inspiration this month I associated creation and 
the pleasure of offering these two canvas' to my little girl "Mia" 

who has just celebrated these 4 years.

The theme of love from a little girl
 for her mom and dad and the sea.

2Crafty Chipboard used :

- Love my Mum

- Me & My Dad

- Intricate seahorse

- Corner Twisted Vines

For a little girl's room I chose very light colors and

 for chipboard I chose mainly white.

For the "Corner Twisted Vines" chipboards 

I applied a paper texture paste and a touch of wax

 to the spatula to match my paper.

On the "Seahorse intricate" chipboards I applied an embossing powder

"Purly White" also with some golden wax.

 For the titles too I just applied a layer of "Purly White" 
embossing powder and then I sprinkled glitter to bring shine.

These big titles are incredible, I love them !

And here, I especially like to make pages but from time to time it's nice to diversify.

November Inspiration and Picture Tutorial by Debbie Burns

Hi everyone, Debbie here with you today to share my November projects. 

"Amazing Day"

I love fall colors with their deep rich tones.  I used a picture of a dear friend of mine and
was inspired by the colors in the picture. I applied some random misting on the background.

I embossed the Frame Handrawn Heart with a mixture of spice and chili powder.  On each side of my photo I added Addy's Butterflies, embossed with spice, sage and turquoise embossing powders. Beneath the butterfly is the new Swaying Branches embossed with a distressed brown powder.

I added some twig and paprika microbeads.

Here I've used the new Amazing Day title embossed with brown and chili.

My next layout features my Grandmother and her friend.

"Friends"

I have a step by step picture tutorial:

Step 1

Mist the background paper with blue, green and light brown mists.  Add stamping.

Step 2

Layer papers and mat the photo.  Add Ariel's Spray Chipboard, embossed brown.

Step 3

 Place flowers around the picture and add Flourish Adornment 

Set 4 Chipboard pieces, embossed brown.

Step 4

Add Lattice leaves and Corner Twisted Vine chipboard, embossed sage with bronze glitter.

  Freda's Butterflies and friends title embossed with a blue grey embossing powder and glitter.

November Projects & Video Tutorial By Lilibleu

Hello everybody !!

Today, it's my turn to share with you my November projects.
 Both are feminine and flowery pages, though in two very different worlds.

For the first project - for which I also made a video showing you the stages of its 
creation - I wanted to work on a winter theme, a frozen ambience using pink,
 blue and white colors.

"Once Upon a Dream"

2crafty chipboard used:

Close-ups:

Before I start, I covered my page with transparent gesso.

I embossed the title with pink powder.

The "Elsa frame" chipboard is embossed with blue powder.

I really like the design of this little deer, I embossed it in white. The word

 "Imagine" comes from the "ATC words 1" set, I really like the size of this writing

 which is perfect for mixing well with my background.

"Linear snowflake" flakes are simply embossed in white. I love the finesse of the

 word "Timeless" - coming from the "Fine word set 2" set - which is perfect for the

 theme of my work.

"Delight"

Here is my second project. I also realized a floral and feminine page, but
 this time on a very spring theme.

2crafty chipboard used:

-word delight 

- Brookeswirl

- Corner gemma

- Corner Twisted Vines

- Friendship Mini Word Pack 

Close-ups:

The word "Treasure" - from the "Friendship Mini Word Pack" set - is embossed

 in black and the "Brookeswirl" arabesque is embossed in white.

The "Corner gemma" chipboard is embossed in white.

The "Corner Twisted Vines" chipboard is at first painted with white gesso,
 before some pink ink is sprayed on it.

The title "Delight" is embossed with black powder.

August Inspiration - Two Layouts PLUS TWO VIDEO TUTORIALS By Mary Catt

''Adore''

Hello 2Crafty fans! 

It's Mary here with you today and I have two layouts with video tutorials to share with you.

Both layouts are made with 7dots Studio papers and lots of flowers along with some of my favorite chipboards. I choose to work with some earth tone sprays and powders from Lindy's Stamp Gang.

I have also made a VIDEO TUTORIAL with the procedure.

Here are some close ups...

 I made a mixed media background by applying modeling paste with a stencil, stamping and adding color with the ''Dark Chocolate Truffle'' and the ''South Shore Sand'' Lindy's Stamp Gang sprays.

 

I heat embossed the ''Leafy Shrub Set 1'' with the ''Bratwurst Brown'' and the

 ''Lattice Leaves'' with the ''Midnight Bronze'' Lindy's embossing powders.

The ''Adore'' title from the ''Fine Word Set 1'' was also heat embossed
with the ''Golden Angel Wings'' powder.

After everything was glued down, I added some Plum glass beads &
bronze micro beads and my layout was ready.

My second layout has a vintage touch with a romantic feeling.

I made a mixed media backgound using the ''Dark Chocolate Truffle'' and
the ''Sea Grass Green'' Lindy's Stamp Gang sprays.  

I heat embossed the ''Circle Stack'' and the ''Decorative Rod Set 1''
with the ''Oakleaf Olive'' Lindy's embossing powder.

The ''Treasure'' title from the ''Mini Word Set 1'' and the ''Corner Twisted Vines'
' were also heat embossed with the ''Midnight Bronze'' powder. 

To finish, I added some plum glass beads & bronze micro beads.
