"Amazing Day"
Layout by Marie Sabatier

Hello everyone,

My first inspiration for this month of October is a layout with several photos.

In France, autumn has started well. This time of year is really nice,
especially with these colors: orange, yellow and green.

Amazing Day

The chipboard used:

- Amazing Day Title
- Mini Title Stick 5
- Field Mushrooms
- Foliage Set 10

To embellish my layout I chose these beautiful mushrooms that go so well for an autumn arrangement.
After applying a layer of transparent gesso, I use "Distress Oxide" inks with a water tank brush.
Once painted, they are so cute!
To get more relief, I added some foliage and painted it in the color 'peeled paint'.

The title "Amazing Day" is matched by two colors: "brushed corduroy" and "vintage photo".
I had the idea to include a short sentence.

I reproduce the process on the right side by adding a tree trunk.

I hope you will appreciate this arrangement.

If unfortunately your favorite store does not carry these particle boards, you can find them direct at https://2crafty.com.au/

Thank you very much!

"Amazing Day" by Amy Voorthuis

 Good morning amazing 2Crafty friends,

Today I would like to show you all a very colorful layout and this time I used the amazing NEW "Postcards from Paradise" collection by Prima {swoon} and some beautiful NEW & older 2Crafty Chipboard pieces. The picture I have used here is from Jeroen & Abbey in Greece last year. We have had rough couple of months and we have some ahead that's why you haven't seen much of my work lately. Hopefully I will make that okay with you all.

Amazing Day

 2Crafty Chipboard used:
Sabina's Frame Set
Fern Leaf Set
Foliage Corners
Amazing Day
Squiggle Arrow Set
Mini Branches

On the beautiful "Sabine's Frame Set" I added some matt golden eyelets in the already prepared circles after that I added some sheer lace but before all that I used some pretty matte pink acrylic paint to color it. For the phrase I used the same color pink and after I attached it to the upper right corner of my layout and used my sewing machine to stitch over it.

On the rest of the chipboard pieces I used some white gesso and some different green matte, metallique acrylic paints on some I have added some waxes. On the Foilage Corners I used two different shades of green and some cute green pearls. Inthe end I added some leaves, pearls and word strips.

Thank you so much for your visit today and if you would like to see more of my work please visit here:

Much love and happy crafting...

"Amazing Day"
Layout by Marie Sabatier

Hello everyone,

I am very happy to meet you again and to present my new layout to you.

I chose to feature this beautiful "12 Flamingo Frame" chipboard
with this photo of a little girl "Lyna" traveling in Mexico.

"Amazing Day"

The chipboards used:

- Amazing Day
- 12" Flamingo Frame
- Flamingos

I started by applying a layer of white gesso on each chipboards.

On the chipboard "12 Flamingo Frame" I used different ink from Lindy's Gang
"Cape Cod Coral" and "Salt Water Taffy".

I then added patterns with Rub-on Transfers.

I really like these great chipboards to create a layout.

I then embellished with Lindy's Gang embossing powder also the "Flamingo"
chipboard and the title.

A shade barely darker than the large chipboard just to give a little contrast
between the material and the shine.

It's really great to be able to stage all these different chipboards.
There are so many choices to have fun.

It's up to you to try!

Amazing Day
by Sabrina Turpin

Hello 2Crafty friends!

I'd like to share with you a nice colorful layout I did this week featuring my hubby and I
enjoying the the sun earlier this year.
I'm really happy with the result, with the colorful chipboards making everything pop out nicely.

"Amazing Day"

On the "Leafy Shrub Set 2", I applied pink embossing powder.

For the "Ornate Heart Set", I used orange embossing ink and then lightly traced the contour with black ink.

For the title, "Amazing Day", I simply applied yellow ink.

I used the following 2Crafty chipboards in the layout:

 Leafy Shrub set 2 [M00492]
Ornate Heart Set [M00500]
Amazing Day [W00456]

That's all for me today!
I hope you enjoyed this layout and that it will give you some inspiration for your own creations!
I will be back soon with more ideas to share with you.
 Until then, have fun creating!

Amazing Day
by Marie Claude Rodier

Hi 2Crafty friends,

In my part of the world, fall is in full swing and as every year, I am embrasing it.
I just love the pop of colors the leaves are bringing everywhere we look.

My layout is about my oldest son playing in the leaves for the very first time almost twelve years ago.
Time passed by, but he still loves to play in the leaves, making big piles, running and jumping in.

"Amazing Day"

I had quite a hard time figuring what colour would be a great fit for my "Amazing Day" title.

In the end, I painted it with a golden yellow acrylic paint.
It gives my layout a nice pop of color and brings the attention straight to the picture.

"Berry Vine Set" was cut apart in several pieces which were placed around my central clustering.
Pieces were embossed with bronze powder and slightly dry brushed with white gesso.

"Turkish Lattice Panel" was also cut into several pieces and placed under wood panneling paper. Pieces were embossed using a semi-transparent light golden brown powder.

November Inspiration and Picture Tutorial
by Debbie Burns

Hi everyone, Debbie here with you today to share my November projects.

"Amazing Day"

I love fall colors with their deep rich tones.  I used a picture of a dear friend of mine and
was inspired by the colors in the picture. I applied some random misting on the background.

I embossed the Frame Handrawn Heart with a mixture of spice and chili powder.  On each side of my photo I added Addy's Butterflies, embossed with spice, sage and turquoise embossing powders. Beneath the butterfly is the new Swaying Branches embossed with a distressed brown powder.

A close up of the Swaying Branches and Leafy Rounds Chipboard pieces.
I added some twig and paprika microbeads.

Here I've used the new Amazing Day title embossed with brown and chili.
