'Captured'
with Lisa Amiet

 Hello all!
It's Lisa here today to share a layout with you.

'Captured'

2Crafty products used:

'Brick Panel'
'Clock Face Discs'
'Filmstrips Small'
'Captured Phrase Set'

For this layout, I have used one of the
'Clock Face Discs'
that I have embossed in white,
and tucked under the corner of my photo with some florals.

I also used a couple of the 'Film Strips Small'
that I finished in green and aqua colours to match my papers.
I then tucked them under my photo.

I used the 'Captured Phrase Set' for my title,
I left it raw as I felt it matched the
warmth of the jetty wood in my photo.

I also used the 'Brick Panel'
which I have cut into pieces.
I finished them in black and used them,
tucked in and around my layout.

I really love how this layout turned out,
these are some of my favourite memories.
I hope that you like it too!

Until next time,

Lisa

'Loving these Moments with You'
with Lisa Amiet

 Hello 2Crafty lovers!
It's Lisa here today to share some scrappy goodness with you.
I created this layout to share with you.

'Loving These Moments with You'

2Crafty products used:

'Filmstrips Small'
'Funky Hearts'
'Grid Bits'
'Loving These Moments with You Title'

For this layout, I gave my background paper a grungy feel
using a variety of mixed media products.

I also used a few pieces of the 'Grid Bits',
which I left raw to go with the natural tones of my page,
as the base of my layers.

I then used a few of the 'Filmstrips Small',
also left raw, on either side of my photo,
building up my layers of chipboard and papers.

I also used one of the 'Funky Hearts',
on my layers, next to my photo of my son.

To finish, I used the 'Loving These Moments with You Title'
which I have finished in a washed out multicolour blue and white finish.
I love the beachy feel to it.

I hope that you like what I have created.
I will be back soon with more scrappy goodness to share with you.

Until then

Lisa

with Lisa Amiet

Hello 2Crafty fans!

It's Lisa here today
to share a layout that I have created.

Dream a Little Dream

I have scrapped an older photo of myself,
at my favourite place :) A little bit retro lol

For this layout, I have used one of the
'Clock Face Discs',
that I have embossed in a weathered white.

I also used some of the 'Film Strips Small',
that I have also finished in the weathered white.

I also used one of the 'ATC Georgian Frames'

For my title I have used one of the
'Dream a little Dream',

white for the top and an ocean seafood colour for the bottom.

I really love how this one turned out,
it's not hard to love those gorgeous chipboard designs!

Medium Film Strip
Foliage set 10
6"  Clock Face Frame

2013

Righto so... I'm just going to put it out there in the universe that.....

The Year packs would have to be my ALL TIME 2 Crafty FAVORITE chipboard..
Not many layouts of mine these days where I don't add the date, the year
& the year packs are such a great bang for your buck..

The 2013, my title & the Smaller Film Strip have been given a couple of coats of gesso...
Then the Medium size film strip inked with black..I then have cut both film strips in half & placing
at top & bottom of my photo...

Using the largest clock face from the  6"  Clock Face Frame pk
& the smallest two from the  Clock Face Disc pk, inking them all with a beautiful dusty pink...

Lastly the Foliage I have used from  Foliage set 10, Inking these beauties with green,
cutting them into smaller pieces & placing them throughout the fussy cutting layers
Finishing off this layout beautifully ..

I hope you are inspired today in some way...
Until next time!

"Captivating"
Layout By Marie Sabatier

Hello and thank you for stopping by the 2Crafty Chipboard blog!

For my first page of this month I made a male layout.

I was inspired by this photo of my son taken this summer
but also this paper, to make my choice of chipboards.

The 2Crafty chipboard used:

- Captivating
- Flowering Clusters
- Film Strips Small
- Film Strip Medium
- Squiggly Strips Set 1

I applied a layer of black gesso on each chipboard.

For the chipboard "Film strip" I just left the layer of black gesso.

For chipboards "Film strips Small" and "Flowering Clusters"
I slightly coated with metallic wax of color "Firebird".

For "Squiggly Strips" chipboard I embossed two colors of blue
and then yellow to bring contrast to my page.

As for the title.

Thank you for your "look".

Good inspiration ...

"Create"
A Canvas by Marie Claude Rodier

Hi everyone!
Today, I'm showing you something different from my usual layout.
This time, I used several pieces of 2Crafty Chipboards to create
a small canvas that will decorate my craft room.

I started by painting the canvas and all chipboards in black gesso.
When everything was completely dry, I applied modelling paste through a stencil.
Once dry, I applied gold and copper wax over the stencil pattern.

Then the fun part started, embellishing!!!

I applied gold wax over Film Strips Small and then copper wax as highlights.
I also randomly applied white gesso as final touches.

Gold and Peacock waxes were applied to Create title.

Decorative Doily was mainly covered with Turquoise, Firebird and Peacok waxes.
Touches of white gesso were also added here and there.

Sharon's Butterfly was covered with Copper and Firebird waxes.

Finally, chipboards were glued down on top of each others.

2Crafty Products Used…
Arrow Word Set 1
Film Strip Small
Sharon's Butterflies
Anna's Flourish
Decorative Doily

Until next time, be happy and be creative!
Marie Claude
