"Captured You have my whole Heart"
Layout by Marie Sabatier

Hello everyone,

I'm happy to be back today to share my first inspiration for August with you.
For this layout, I chose a photo of my grandson, Milan. Even though this photo wasn't taken in a garden, I immediately felt that it matched this beautiful floral and garden-inspired design perfectly. I chose chipboards that would naturally extend the scene while adding texture and dimension to the page.

"Captured -You have my whole Heart"

2Crafty Chipboard used:

As always, I started by applying a coat of white gesso to all my chipboards. I then coloured them using Frayed Burlapand Vintage Photo Distress Oxides to achieve a softly aged look.

The Iron Fence blends beautifully into the design, extending the garden feel of the page. Its aged finish helps it become part of the background while still adding texture and interest.

I used Hexagon Outline Frame Set Milan's photo. I love how its delicate design draws the eye to the photo while adding depth without overwhelming the layout. I added Hexastrip to introduce a subtle geometric element. It adds texture and balance while complementing the floral details throughout the page.

The phrase "Captured – You Have My Whole Heart" was the perfect choice for this layout. It beautifully expresses the love I have for my grandson, Milan. After colouring the chipboard with Distress Oxides, I added a very light touch of White Gold metallic wax to the word Captured to give it a subtle shimmer.

I hope this layout inspires you to incorporate 2Crafty Chipboard into your own projects.
Thank you so much for stopping by, and I'll be back soon with another inspiration!

Pure Happiness by Tania Ridgwell

 Hi there!
Tania popping in to share a bonus DT project for April.  I have created another Layout.

"Pure Happiness"

2 Crafty Chipboard Used:

*Pure Happiness Title
*4.5" Flourish Doily
*Dainty Foliage Stems
*Iron Fence

I have used the gorgeous Uniquely Creative 'Paperbark Blooms' Collection to create the base for my Layout.

I first gave all the chippie pieces a couple of coats of gesso.  Once dry I sprayed the Pure Happiness Title, Dainty Foliage Stems and Iron Fence chippies with a mixture of Heidi Swapp Gold & Blush Color Shine Sprays.  The Flourish Doily chippie I kept the is with the white gesso.

To construct my layout I added lots of distressed paper layers and then added the Iron Fence chippie across the page.  I then added my photo and tucked in lots of coordinating Creative Cuts around my photo.  I cut the Flourish Doily chippie in half and tucked one half at the top left of my photo and the other half I place under the bottom of my photo.  I tucked the Dainty Foliage Stem chippies in amongst the creative cuts and finished off my page by adding the Pure Happiness Title chippie.

That's all from me today, I hope I have inspired you all with my Layout.
Until next time thanks so much for stopping by.
Tania xx

March Inspiration By Marie Sabatier

Hello everyone, I come to present my two new pages for the month
of March, which is still cold here in France. So need comfort and create ...

"Magical Memories"

Need warm and bright colors !!
With this photo I wanted to gild and very structured chipboard.

I worked on my page background by adding a stamping and embossing
powder in a light color to give relief and I also stamped with black ink.

For the chipboards I applied a layer of white gesso that I then inked with two colors, a turquoise blue and a golden yellow, I ended up with a layer of gilding applied with my finger.

For the title I just added a layer gilding effect

And to finish some embellishments...

Here are the 2CraftyChipboard I used :

- Cassie's flourish
- Decorative-Rod-Set
- Magical Memories

For my second page I really wanted to make a page with a very  real
spring feel to it with this picture of my little girl that I love !!!

"Spring is here"

For the bottom of my page I wanted to highlight a color I applied using
a stencil and a light modeling paste a pattern effect pebble I then
before drying covered with a powder embosser green color.

All chipboards have been coated with embossing powder.

To finish the embellishment with the circle in bloom.

The 2CraftyChipboard I used :

- Spring is here
- Thistle Shrubs
- Valentine branch
- Iron fence

Hoping to have given you some warmth and the desire to create .....

See you soon

August Inspiration Projects With Jaya Raghuvanshi

"ADVENTURE"
Hello 2Crafty fans!

Hope you were inspired by the Design team's inspiring projects this month.
Today I too have a few layouts to share with you  all.
I love this picture of my hubby and so I decided to make a masculine page this time.

 Some close ups-

I chose the "Adventure" loopy font title for my page and covered it in black gesso.
I applied some gesso on the Interlocking grid Panel chippie and once it was dry I
 coloured it using watercolours.
I cut it into several pieces and arranged around my composition..

Adventure loopy font
Interlocking grid pattern

"CHERISH"

Some close ups-

I chose the gorgeous Ava's frame and heat embossed it with shabby white embossing
enamel. I cut it up and rearranged it around my flower cluster.

I simply love the beautiful fonts released this year. You must check them out!
The "Cherish" title is from the Fine Word set 1 and I covered it in white acrylic paint.
The other chippies have been covered in white gesso and then watercoloured.
