Altered Christmas Cheer Frame by Tania Ridgwell

 Hi there!
Tania joining you today to share the Second of my DT projects for August.
I have altered a wooden frame.

"Christmas Cheer"

2 Crafty Chipboard

*Christmas Cheer
*Majestic Reindeer Set
*Royal Oval Frame
*Celebration Swirls

I have used the gorgeous new Mintay "Merry & Joy" Collection to decorate the inside photo frame panels.

I first coloured all the chippie pieces with a couple of coats of gesso.  Once dry I randomly sprayed Kaisercraft Red Iridescent Spray on the Royal Oval Frame, Celebration Swirl and Christmas Cheer Title chippies.  I then sponged more gesso over the Celebration Swirl Christmas Cheer Title chippies to lighten them up.  I left the Majestic Reindeer chippies just painted with gesso.

I added the Royal Oval Frame chippie to the centre of the frame and then added the Christmas Cheer Title.  I decorated the Frame with some Christmas Poinsettia flowers and fussy cut elements.  To finish off I tucked in a Celebration Swirl chippie to the flower cluster along the bottom of the Frame and the Majestic Reindeer chippies to the bottom right of the Frame.

Thats' all from me today, I hope I have inspired you all a little with my Altered Christmas Frame.  Until next time thanks so much for stopping by.

Click Capture by Tania Ridgwell

Hi there!
Tania joining you today to share the first of my DT projects for August.
I have created a layout.

"Click Capture"

2 Crafty Chipboard Used:

*11" Floral Heart Frame
*6 x 6 Circle Frame Set
*Click Capture Title
*Fancy Set 2 Borders

I have used the beautiful Uniquely Creative 'Sweet as Honey' Collection to create the base for my Layout.

I first gave all the chippie pieces a couple of coats of gesso.  Once dry I sprayed Heidi Swapp Color Shine Mustard Spray onto the Click Capture Title, Fancy Border & Circle Frame chippies.  For the Floral Heart Frame chippie I mixed some of the Heidi Swapp Color Shine Mustard Spray with gesso to lighten the colour.  I used the lighter mixed colour to paint the actual Heart part of the frame and used a darker shade of the Mustard spray to paint the flowers on the Heart.

I added the Floral Heart Frame chippie to my base page, tucked in my photo under the left side of the Frame.  I cut the the Fancy Border chippie into pieces and tucked the pieces under my photo.  I added lots of paper blooms and coordinating die cuts around the Floral Heart Frame chippie.  I randomly tucked in some of the Circle Frame chippies amongst the paper blooms.  To finish off my page I added the Click Capture Title chippie.

Thats' all from me today, I hope I have inspired you all with my Layout.
Until next time thanks so much for stopping by.

Daisy Art Cards by Tania Ridgwell

  Hello there!

Tania popping in today to share the first of my DT projects for May.
I have created a set cards for my first share.

2 Crafty Chipboard Used:

*Decorative Doily Flourish Frame
*Decorative Circle Accents Set 1
*Frame Retro Set
*Photo Adornment - Element Set 3

I created each of my card bases using the beautiful Stamperia "Daisy Art" Paper Collection.

For these cards I kept the large Decorative Circle Accent & Photo Adornment
chippie pieces raw.  The Decorative Doily Flourish Frame, smaller Decorative Circle Accent & Frame Retro chippies have all been coloured with a white Posca paint pen.
as I think it suited the colours in the papers perfectly.

To construct each of the cards I added either a Decorative Circle Accent,  Decorative Doily Flourish Frame, Frame Retro or Photo Adornment chippies to each.  I then embellished them with coordinating Stamperia chipboard Die Cuts and paper blooms.

See each card below.

Thats' all from me today, I hope I have inspired you all a little with my Daisy Art Cards.
Until next time thanks so much for stopping by.
