these using  Tim Holtz - Oxide ink in - rusty biege(burnt Orange)
And don't the look gorgeous...

Thin stacked square frame Inked this with Oxide ink - Peacock feathers (teal)
And for my title - All Smiles I applied a coat of gesso, then once this dried
I dabbed on a second thicker coat to give it more of a textural finish.....

"Love Today"
Layout By Marie Sabatier

Hello loyal friends of 2Crafty!

I am very happy to find you with a first inspiration of this month of March.

I started from my photo to determine the choice of chipboards and colors.
The photo taken in the garden inspired me for a botanical atmosphere.

"Love Today"

The 2Crafty Chipboards used :

- Love Today
- Circle Stack
-Flower Set 1
- Fern Leaf Set

I directly applied a layer of acrylic paint on each chipboard.
I used Prima Marketing paints and waxes.
The color "Iris Potion" for chipboards "Flower Set 1".
For a more mixed effect I added touches of lighter colored embossing powder.

The "Circle Stack" chipboard encircles my photo but is also a support for laying out the embellishments.
I used two colors of green for the Mermaid Sparkle and Stormy Ocean "Fern Leaf Set" chipboards.

For the title I chose embossing powder in a light shade but I think I should have used a darker color.

Thanks for taking the time to look.

Stay tuned to discover the creations of new team members!

Destination Go - with Emma

Hi friends, Emma here for my first share of 2020!
Today I used up some left over products in my stash and incorporated awesome
Chipboard to my layers.

"Destination Go"

Here is the amazing 2Crafty chippy I used.....

Flower Set 1
Checkerboard Clumps
Mini Travel Word Set 1

I really wanted to make the checker pattern extend out from the photo so I chose
to use the checker plate chippy.

For the finish on this, I painted in black gesso first and then went over in a green
rust effect paste. Once dry I then added a ranger emboss powder to make it have
contrast from all the green but also shine from the paper elements.

The flowers I continued with the same process as the checks.
I really loved the effect it gave.

My title words I kept simple but I feel are still striking in a simple black gesso
with clear emboss over the top.

That’s it! Chipboard that certainly pops and compliments the
layers of papers and elements of my layout.

I hope it has inspired in a small way and I look forward to sharing agin with you soon.

Emma xx

Day at the beach
by Sabrina Turpin

Hello 2Crafty friends!

Summer time has officially come to a close here with my kids going back to school after two months of fun and amazing memories! They're happy to see all their friends again but they say they already miss the beach and can't wait to go back next year. We've been going for 4 straight years now and they enjoy it even more every year.

The layout I'm sharing today show them with the same pose taken on each of these four years. We made it so they wore the same swimsuit the first two years, but they've been growing too fast for us to repeat that after.

"Day at the beach"

On the "Palm Leaves Set", I applied a green embossing ink and then applied green-gold wax on top.

For the "Flower set 1", I inked with teal ink and then used a blue embossing ink on top.

On the "Fish Net Bits", I used teal wax applied with a small brush.

For the title, "Day at the Beach", I used a blue-white-gold embossing enamel.

I used the following 2Crafty chipboards in this layout:
Palm Leaves set [M00739]
Fishing net bits [M00657]
Day at the beach [W00423]
Flower set 1 [M00817]

That is all for me today! I hope you enjoyed this and that it will give you some inspiration for your creations! And if your kids are going back to school, I wish you and them to have a good time! I'll be back soon with more ideas to share.
