'Gypsy Soul' with Lisa Amiet

 

Hello 2Crafty fans!
It's Lisa here today to share some chippie goodness with you.
I have created this layout using some of the gorgeous foliage,
a frame, and of course that title!

2Crafty Products used:

For this layout, I have given my page a mixed-media background,
adding some texture.

I have used a couple of the 'Mini Branches',

that I have embossed in a weathered white finish.

I have also used one of the 'Mini Decorative Frame Set 4',

that I have painted in a pale blue and green two-tone finish,

and added to my layers.

Another of the 'Mini Branches', 

finished in white, added to my flower cluster. 

I have also used the beautiful 'Gypsy Soul' title,

that I have also finished in a two-tone blue and green.

I think I have a new favourite layout,
although I find that every new layout is my favourite...
until the next one is made!

"Gypsy Soul ” By Marie Claude Rodier

 Hi everyone,

Fall is one of my favorite times of the year with it’s amazing color contrast, sunny days and crisp weather. Playing in the leaves is a classic and so a little photo shoot.

I used traditional colors for this layout, playing with yellow, ochre and brown to embellish my beautiful 2Crafty chipboards and recreate a thematic scene.

Gypsy Soul

Gypsy Soul title was embossed twice with new Tim Holtz embossing glaze. 

This product creates an amazing glossy finish! It’s a new favorite of mine.

Poppy’s Ornate Frame was first covered with white gesso and then painted with yellow amber and brown liquid acrylic.

Foliage Set 8 was painted using the same technique as the frame, but in darker tones.

 White gesso was also dry brushed over the branches.

'Gypsy Soul' October Inspiration with Lisa Amiet

Hello, 2Crafty Fans!

It's Lisa here today to share some inspiration with you!

I have created a layout,

'Gypsy Soul'

2Crafty Products used:

For this layout, I have started with a piece of white cardstock. 

I have stitched some frames from my patterned papers.

I have then added some splashes of watercolour paints. 

I have done lots of fussy cutting of the florals. 

I have used some of the 'Foliage Set 6', 

that I have embossed with an aqua glitter powder.

I have used a couple of these on my page.

I have also used a 'Lace Doily Frame',

that I have embossed in bright pink to match my colour scheme.

I have layered this under the corner of my photo stack.

I have also used the 'Gypsy Soul' title on my page.

I have embossed the first word in aqua glitter,

and the second word in bright pink.

Another of those gorgeous leaves from the foliage set. 

I have layered the title over the bottom of my photo stack.

I love the effect of the two-tone title.

I am loving these new chipboard pieces!

So many great designs and fabulous titles.

I really love the bright, fun colours and feel to this layout, 

and the chipboard has just pulled the whole layout together.
