Blush Pink Christmas Altered Tree by Tania Ridgwell

Hi there!

Tania joining you today to share the first of my DT projects for December.  With Christmas fast approaching I thought what better than to share a Christmas project to inspire you all.

2 Crafty Chipboard Used:

*Christmas Beauty
*Mini Reindeers
*Swirly Holly Decorative Set

I kept the Christmas Tree raw and decorated each panel with gorgeous Christmas papers from Paper Rose called Blush Pink Christmas.

I painted all the chippie pieces with Art Alchemy White Pearl Paint and whilst it was still wet I sprinkled all the pieces with Fairy Dust Glitter. I attached my photo to a couple of tags in the same paper that I decorated the frame with and then placed it on the frame.

I fussy cut lots of elements from the same paper and decorated the frame with it.  I then added the large Swirl from the Swirly Holly Decorative Set along the bottom left of the photo.  I then embellished the frame with assorted flowers, added both the Holly Swirls to the larger flower clusters.  I added the Mini Reindeers to the frame and to finish I added true snow to the Tree and randomly over the chippies and flowers.

That's all from me today, I hope I have inspired you all a little with my Altered Christmas Tree
Until next time,
Thanks so much for stopping by.
Tania xx

"CHRISTMAS"
Layout by Marie Sabatier

Hello everyone,

That's it, the month of December is here, time flies so quickly. I
continue in my passion for Christmas arrangements.

An almost 100% chipboard achievement.
The photo of my grandchildren was taken last Christmas.

"CHRISTMAS"

The chipboards used:

- Christmas Vertical
- 12 X 12 Clock Faces
- Christmas Tree Set
- Christmas Beauty

I like to do layouts with almost nothing other than chipboard.
This "Christmas tree" set immediately inspired me to create the decor of my layout.

I started by embellishing the "Clock Faces" chipboard with Bronze Perfect Pearl powder.

The title "Christmas Vertical" also with a color "Blush".

It has been a long time since I had used these powders it changes a bit and it gives
a very soft appearance.

For the gift wrapping I first apply a coat of embossing powder in the color
"Cuckoo Clock Carlino" or "Terra Cotta Rust".

After drying, I added with a stamp and watermark ink a pattern that I covered
with "Perfect Pearls Bronze" powder.

For the tree, I use green embossing powder. I love its design it is super beautiful ...

I ended up having fun adding the little balls to the set!

Once again I took great pleasure in creating with these magnificent particle boards!

Come back tomorrow for other projects...

"Christmas Beauty"
Layout by Marie Sabatier

Hello dear friends, I present you my best wishes for this new year 2019,
full of happiness ... and health. I am proud and very happy to continue
to share with you my creations with our wonderful chipboard.

For this first page of the year I stayed in the spirit of Christmas !

 2Crafty Chipboards used :

- Christmas beauty
- Wispy Christmas page frame
- 12 X 12 clock faces
- Fine snowflakes
- Noel

To give shine to my page I used to cover the chipboard
"Wispy Christmas page frame"
"Clock faces"
 "Fine snowflakes"

I used flakes of gilding that I applied on a layer of gloss gel that
gives a beautiful effect, just what I wanted.

Close-ups on "Wispy Christmas page frame"
I find this chipboard so beautiful.

Close-ups on chipboard "Clock faces" and "Fine snowflakes".

For the title and the word NOEL I applied a layer of white gesso that I then
covered with embossing powder color "Purely white" and sprinkled with thin glitter.

Here is my first page of the year, I hope you liked it.

See you soon.
