"Love You Sweetheart"
Layout
with Amy Voorthuis

Goodmorning lovely 2Crafty friends,
I am so happy you stopped by the blog today, and again I used a picture of our lovely Abbey when she was a cute little baby, I sometimes miss that time & think how fast it went by. A while back I bought some amazing papers by Alchemy of Art and I finally got to use it they coördinate so well with the 2Crafty Chipboard as most papers do. Enjoy my post.....

Love You Sweetheart

Gorgeous 2Crafty Chipboard used:
Berry Vine Set
Fine Word Set 1
Fine Stem Frames
One Love Title
Mini Branches
Sweet Moment

Like my last layout I did some fussy cutting here for the pretty flower. I really love the blue & the greens in this collection so I altered the chipboard pieces that way too. The amazing Berry Vine Set & Mini Branches are treated with some white gesso and matt chalk polish by Creative Expressions.

For the frame and words I used my aqua/alcohol markers again I so love using those. In the end I used some matt white wax to age it a little.

Hope you all enjoyed my post thank you so much for stopping by, I will be back with another project soon hope to see you back then....

"A Precious Moment"
Layout
with Amy Voorthuis

Goodmorning lovely 2Crafty friends,
Thank you so much for taking the time to visit the 2Crafty blog, I hope I can inspire you with my layout to take out your lovely 2Crafty Chipboard and have some fun. For today I have a cute baby layout - one I made for my ex-colleague, she had a baby boy in June and she always loves my work so she asked me to make her a layout and so I did.

A Precious Moment

Gorgeous 2Crafty Chipboard used:
Thin Square Stacked Frames
Mini Buttons
Loopy Heart Swirl
A Moment With You
Beaded Hanging Heart Set
Fine Word Set 2
Funky Heart Swirls
Corner Annalise
Baby's Clothesline
2024's

Oh my gosh how I love the aqua/alcohol markers it's so easy to add them to your chipboards that it takes a hour less creating. You can add it to just raw chipboards or chipboards treated with gesso. It just makes it a lot easier.

So all the chipboard pieces are treated with the markers to match the colors of my papers. I have used some soft tones like yellows, greens, browns & white. As most of you maybe know I love to cut up phrases and add words to it I also did that here.

Hope you all enjoyed my post thank you so much for stopping by, I will be back with another project soon hope to see you back then....

"Love at First Sight" with Amy Voorthuis

Hi lovely creative peeps,
Hope you are enjoying your day! I am always in my happy place while creating for 2Crafty Chipboard and all their lovely chipboard designs. For this layout I have used an older paper collection {2010 to be exact} by "Webster Pages" which is still one of my favorite manufacturers from back then. I of course used another cute picture of our little Abbey! Enjoy my post.....

Love at First Sight:

2Crafty Chipboard used:

All the chipboard pieces are treated with white gesso after that I altered them in different ways for the phrase I have used white embossing powder and after that I added some wax. The feathers I colored with some spray paint & matte acrylic paint and also some wax.

The clock faces are treated with brown matte acrylic paint and some metallique paint and in the end with some coral wax. The beautiful corner I just gessod and then stampt on it with one of my favorite stamps that has little dots on it. The pram set is so cute I altered it with some magicals and posca pens.

"My Beautiful Baby Girl" by Amy Voorthuis

   Goodmorning lovely 2Crafty friends,

Today is my turn to show you some inspiration on this amazing blog. For this occasion I made a layout this time I have used some beautiful pastel tones. When I saw the newest collection "Little One" by Graphic 45 I was in love right away. I have so many baby pictures of Abbey & Kevin that I bought that collection as soon as it was available.
 I have used a picture of Abbey when she was a couple of day's old {isn't she cute?}

My Beautiful Baby Girl:

2Crafty Chipboard used:
Angie's Vines
Circle Dot Frames
Frame Flourish 5
My Wish for You
Beautiful Little Girl

First I gessod all the chipboard pieces with two layers of white gesso then I cut up two phrases "Beautiful Little Girl" & "My Wish for You" for the words beautiful and girl I just added two layers of white embossing powders and the word my was treated the same way only with pink embossing powder.

The circle dot frame was also treated with white embossing powder later on I added some cute light pink buttons and some crystal nuvo drops. The vines are treated with some green impasto paint and and green/gold acrylic opal magic and then some white matte wax. I figured something out what made me very happy I could stitch with my sewing machine on my chipboard Frame Flourish 5... so you will see this technique more often from me for sure
