'Making Memories'
with Lisa Amiet

 Hello 2Crafty fans!
It's Lisa here today to share my latest creation,
 using some gorgeous chipboard pieces.

'Making Memories Everyday'

 2Crafty products used:

 'Delicate Lace Border'
'Filmstrips Tiny'
'Mini Cameras'
'Making Memories Everyday Title'
'Travel Icon Set'

For this layout, I was going to colour my chipboard in white,
but I loved how the raw colour of the chipboard
went with the feel and colours of my papers.

I used one of the 'Delicate Lace Border' pieces,
which I have cut to the size of my photos.
I have tucked it under the scalloped edges of one of my die-cut paper pieces.

I also used a ticket from the 'Travel Icon Set',
tucked into my floral elements.

I also used one of the cameras from the 'Mini Cameras',
tucked on the other side of my page.

For my title, I used the 'Making Memories Everyday' title,
which I have adhered to the right side of my page.

I also used some of the 'Filmstrips Tiny',
layered with a passport from the 'Travel Icon Set'
and some floral elements.

I really love the added warmth of the raw chipboard,
as this could have turned out quite cold on the black background.

I really hope that you like what I created.

Until next time,

Lisa

'Making Memories Everyday'
with Lisa Amiet

 Hello 2Crafty lovers!
It's Lisa here today to share some scrappy inspiration with you.

'Making Memories Everyday'

2Crafty products used:

For this layout I have started with a mixed media background
 on my black base cardstock.
I then used one of the 'Tiny Star Circle Frames',
which I have embossed in white, tucked into my paper layers.

I have also used the 'Brick Panel'
which I have cut up into pieces,
and embossed in white and tucked into my layers.

For my title I used the 'Making Memories Everyday' title,
which I have again embossed in white,
and adhered at the bottom of my page.
I love this script font!

I really love how the white chipboard pops off the black page.
I have used a photo of my son and I for this layout.

I hope that you like what I have created,
and that it inspires you to get crafty in some way today.

Until next time,

Lisa

"Making MEMORIES Everyday"
Layout by Marie Sabatier

Hello everyone,

I find you with my second inspiration of this month of May.
A layout that is both very flashy but also very soft.

I had never used these photos of Mia taken right after she was born before,
I was waiting for the right colors so here she is.

"Making MEMORIES Everyday"

The chipboards used:

- "Making MEMORIES Everyday"
- Mini Doodles Frames Set
- Cartia's Swirl

After choosing the particleboard that seemed to me to be in harmony with my layout,
I applied a coat of white gesso.

I chose a plain page background, I really liked this pink.
To embellish the background of my layout I added rub-ons.
I layered tags, paper and cardboard underneath my photo to create depth.

I applied Lindy's Gang "OOm Pah Pah Pink" color embossing powder to the "Mini Doodles Frame" chipboard. I then pasted it directly on my photo, it is super beautiful and fits my photo very well.

For the "Cartia's Swirl" chipboard I proceeded in the same way, to highlight it I glued it over the embellishments but it doesn't hide anything and it shows very well.

For the title, I also chose "Golden Angel Wings" color embossing powder, because always the title is important to share the feelings of a layout.

And that's it for today, I love using these beautiful chipboards.
I will see you soon.
