Adore Lovely You Step x Step Tutorial by Tania Ridgwell

Tania joining you today with a layout I created for my first share for October.

  I have a short step x step tutorial on how I created my layout too.

2 Crafty Chipboard Used:

 *Clock Face Discs

 *Adore Script

*Sharon's Butterflies

*Foliage Set 6

To create the background page I added layers of paper and tucked in corrugated cardstock
adding some texture with a stencil and gold opal polish.

I gave all the chipboard pieces a light coat of gesso and then coloured all the pieces with
purple opal polish.

I tucked in the Clock Faces Chipboard under the corrugated cardstock and photo mat.
Added the Adore Chipboard title to the bottom left of the page.  

I fussy cut lots of floral elements and tucked them in and around the Chipboard to add more
layers. Added my photo.  I then tucked in the Chipboard Foliage amongst the fussy cut elements,
added the Sharon's Butterflies Chipboard to the fussy cut elements.  To finish my page I
lightly sponged some gesso over the Chippies.

Cherished Moments Step x Step Layout by Tania Ridgwell

Tania stopping in today to share the second of my DT projects for this month with a layout. 

 I have a short step x step photo tutorial for this layout.   I love how this layout turned out and love the black Floral Heart Frame with the orange. 

2 Crafty Chipboard Used:

 *11" Floral Heart Frame

 *Cherished Moments

*Mina Frame

*Foliage Set 6

To create the background page I added texture using a stencil with texture paste and colour using assorted sprays.

I coloured the Floral Heart Frame with Ultra Thick Embossing Powder.  I used thick embossing powder as I wanted  parts of the chipboard to still appear raw as the powder is thicker it fell off in places to show the raw chipboard.

I fussy cut floral elements and added them around the frame.

I coloured the Mina Frame, Cherished Moments and Foliage Set 6 Chipboard with Heidi Swapp Colour Shine Spray.  I created a handmade embellishment using Mina Frame, torn paper and fussy cut flowers and added the Cherished Moments Title.  I then added this to the bottom left of the photo of the layout.  I finished off the layout by tucking the foliage 6 leaves into the fussy cut elements.

Hello Everyone!

Rach with you today sharing my first 2021 creations....

'That Smile' layout featuring my gorgeous girl back in 2019

Letterbox

Starting with the Allegra Frame which has been given 2 coats

of gesso, cut in half & placed on the sides of my photos..

Also added some gesso to the that Smile from the Title Stick set 3  

then I have ever so lightly inking with Orange..

And ATC - Butterflies I have given them a nice thick coat of gesso

and placed thoughtout my layout..

The beautiful  Foilage set 6 

I have inked with green & have them

peeking out of some fussy cut foilage & flowers clusters...

Lastly! The delightful Letterbox I have inked 

with silver then inked the edges with black...  

 the 2019 I have inked with orange..

Sweet Cheeks By Marie Claude Rodier

Hello,

Strawberry picking is one of my kids favorite summer activities.
My youngest eats as much as he can... constantly searching for the biggest and tastiest ones.

Instead of using a warm color combo, I opted for black and white color
combined with blue, teal and brown tones.
 And of course, I integrated a lot of 2Crafty chipboards.

Sweet Cheeks

Sweet Cheeks was painted with teal acrylic paint and highlighted with white gesso.

Summer Lovin' for Mini Title Stick Set 4 was dry-brushed with gesso and silver wax.

A few touches of  silver wax was used on Foilage Set 6.

Leafty Shrub Set 1 was partially covered with white gesso, teal watercolor and silver wax.

Lace Doily Frame was lightliy painted with brown acrylic, partially covered with teal watercolor and finally covered with white gesso and silver wax.
