"Love at Christmas"
Layout and video by Marie sabatier

Hello everyone,

I was inspired by this photo by ameriadesignstudio to create this layout.
The photos she creates inspire me, and this one guided my layout. Even though Christmas isn't quite here, I already enjoy using chipboards to immerse myself in the atmosphere.

"Love at Christmas"

The chipboard used:

I wanted to try a new technique for decorating chipboards.
I'm starting with these beautiful "poinsettias." I love them!
I use 49 and Market liquid inks with a water brush. Simply apply the ink to the chipboard, adjusting the amount of water to achieve different color intensities.

I use the colors "Strawberry Pie," "Watermelon," "Green Jean," and "Rainforest."
After positioning the photograph, I create embellishments on either side using the poinsettias, also incorporating holly twig branches and wire stars.

I apply white gesso to highlight the title "Love at Christmas" and the stars.
Two layers are applied to the title to increase its brightness.

I hope you liked the layout; I enjoyed making it!

"Delight" A decorative star
by Marie Sabatier

 Hello everyone,

I’m just here for the pleasure of sharing with you a Christmas decoration using this beautiful star,
with a photo of my grandson taken last year.

"Delight"

The chipboard used:

I start with a first layer of white gesso.
And it is without hesitation that I decide to use white to beautify my chipboards.

After having made my cluster of embellishment, I slide through these magnificent "Wire-Stars".
In the midst of bright colors, they bring brightness.

I use three. I put them in a harmonious line.
I add the word "Delight". It is light and fits perfectly to the set.

To give the star a shine, I rub-on transfers. For more shine, I add glitter.
For even more shine, I used white gesso and art stones.

This star is ideal for creating beautiful decorations that will highlight this wonderful time of year!

If you can’t find it at your retailer, you can find it live here https://2crafty.com.au/

Thank you very much, see you soon!

"Merry Christmas"
Layout by Marie Sabatier

Hello everyone,

It is with joy that I begin this month of December in your company
and that together we begin to count the days before Christmas.

Here is a layout with festive colors and beautiful chipboard models representing Christmas.

The 2Crafty chipboard used:

- Merry Christmas Fine Card Pack
- Festive Music Notes
- Wire Stars
- Corner Sweet Holly

I standardized all chipboards in the same way by applying a first layer of white gesso, then dusting with white glitter embossing powder 'holographic'.

With holographic colors, light is filtered, as through a prism, and different wavelengths are shown depending on the angle that light hits the surface. This means that you can look at the chipboards and see a color, but when you move the page a new color is displayed.

This chipboard "Festive Music Notes" is a marvel!
To imagine the lyrics, I add 'Merry Christmas' on the music note.

We can only appreciate the elegance of these arabesques.
To sublimate the whole, I add stars.

To fill the top of my page, I add the chipboard 'Corner Sweet Holly' which harmonizes
perfectly with the decor.

Here, I hope to have given you some ideas to sublimate your creations.

If you do not find these chipboards at your usual seller, remember
that it is possible to find them live HERE.

Thank you. Until next time!

The magic of Christmas
By Marie Claude Rodier

Hi everyone,

It’s so east to work with 2 Crafty Christmas chipboards, they are so versatile. As soon as I started working on this little frame project, I knew I had to incorporate this stunning window piece to my composition. I made it my focal point. The rest was easy to accomplish with fussy cutted elements, foliage and flourish chipboards.

The Magic of Christmas

The Magic of Christmas was embossed with fine gold powder.

Holly Flourish and Foliage Set 6 were also embossed with gold powder. Some pieces were also highlighted with white gesso.

Wire Stars and Ornate Window Frame were embossed with dark gold powder and highlighted with white gesso.

Until next time, be happy and be creative!

Album "Holy Night" by Elena Martynova

 Hello 2Crafty friends!

I hope everyone is having fun getting ready for the holidays!

I made a mini-album dedicated to the theme of the birth of Christ.
I used the "Oh holy night" paper collection by Eco Park.
The album size is 13x26 cm.
The main decoration of the cover is the image of an angel in the dial from Clock Face Discs

Under the dial is slipped an asterisk, which symbolizes the star of Bethlehem.
Elements of the background chipboard are inserted between the layers.
I painted the entire chipboard black and waxed White Gold.

Some lovely lowers on cover too.

I decorated the first spread of the album with chippies from the Corner Fluer.

Another dial adorns the second spread of my Christmas album.

The center page is additionally decorated with a mini-page
in the shape of a heart. I added a chippie from the Ivy's Squares  set to it.

You can insert photos inside the heart.

The fourth spread is decorated with a very beautiful openwork chippie from the Element Set 1

In the last spread, I added a shaker-window
and decorated it with an element from the Fluer squares  set.

2Crafty chippies were useful to me in this album:

I hope you have a great day. Thank you for stopping by.

"Let's Explore"
Layout by Marie Sabatier

Hello, 2Crafty fans.

Here I am to present my new inspiration to you.
I chose to create a vintage trendy page with a recent photo of my grandson on a plane
on a merry-go-round, for this I printed the photo in sepia mode.

I also used this "Biplane" chipboard, it's so beautiful, I love it!

"Let's Explore"

2Crafty Chipboards used :

- Let's Explore
- Frame Tiny Star Circles
- Biplane
- Wire Stars
- Brick-Panel

To start, I applied a layer of white gesso on each chipboard.

I embellished the chipboards in the same way by applying a coat
of acrylic paint in "Mermaid Sparkle" color from Finnabair.

Then here for the "Biplane" chipboard I added touches of matte wax in "Rusty Brown"
color from Finnabair too.

I positioned the "Frame Tiny Star Circles" chipboard so that I could frame
my photo from below and also position the plane.

I interspersed the stars in the overlays of papers they are really beautiful!

I then added the title above the "Brick-Panel" chipboards I often used to put the title
on the photo but I really wanted to make the plane stand out.
Finally, I like it too.

The background of my paper being very sober, I tore the borders a little
and added stamps, modeling paste, paint stains, pebbles and metal beads.

Really different from my habits but I liked the result I hope you do too!

I will have the pleasure to meet you soon while
waiting for good scrap with 2CraftyChipboard.
