"Christmas Cards"
with
Amy Voorthuis

 Hi lovely creative peeps,
Hope you are having a wonderful & creative day, for today I have two Christmas cards to share with you and I used some of the amazing chipboard pieces 2Crafty Chipboard offers.
 Enjoy this post.....

Snow Magic & Merry Christmas:

Amazing 2Crafty Chipboard used:
Corner Crackle
Merry Christmas Fine Card Pack
Crystal Snowflakes
Holly Twig- Branches
Word Circle Set 1
Dangling Merry Christmas Sign
Wintery Snowflake Set
Thin Square Stacked Frames
Snowball Tree
The Magic of Snow

I altered the chipboard pieces in different ways for my first card I mostly used embossing powder {gold & white} but for the "snowball tree" & the magic of snow phrase I cut those in pieces and I used two colors of matte acrylic paints after that I added some true snow randomly on those pieces.

The pieces of Crackle Corner, add texture and interest to the background and I've cut up
pieces of the Snowball Tree and tucked these amongst the paper flowers. Lovely gold embossed finish on the rectangle frame, adds a beautiful backdrop for
 the rest of the elements.

For my second card I left some of the chippies in their raw state. I sometimes feel that is a better fit on my projects. On some of the pieces I used some white gesso and on the holly twig branches I added some acrylic paint & some true snow. I've cut out the sentiment in the Word Circle and added the Merry Christmas sentiment to the middle.

Again on this cards, I've added cut up pieces of the Crackle Corner to the background for
some interest, and added some small snowflakes and Holly Twig Branches.

Hope you all enjoyed my post thank you so much for stopping by, I will be back with another project hope to see you back then....

Silver Bells Cards by Tania Ridgwell

Hello there!

Tania joining you today to share the last of my DT projects for December.   I have created a set of Christmas Cards.

"Silver Bells 2 Christmas Cards"

2 Crafty Products Used:

*Corner Sweet Holly
*Fine Snowflakes
*Holly Flourish
*Merry Christmas Card Pack
*Wicker Christmas Wreath

I created each of my cards bases using the gorgeous Paper Rose Studio Silver Bells 2 Paper Collection. I roughly painted all the Chipboard pieces firstly with Colourblast Snow White Colour Paste and once dry I randomly sponged on some Aleene's True Snow.
To construct each of the cards I embellished them with flowers and fussy cut flower elements, then added my chipboard pieces to each card tucking them into the paper layers and fussy cut elements on the cards..

See each of the cards below.

Thats' all from me today, I hope I have inspired you all with my Silver Bells 2 Christmas Cards.  Hope you all have a very Merry Christmas and safe and Happy New Year.  Until next time thanks so much for stopping by.

"Me & My Dad"
Layout and Video
By Marie Sabatier

Hello everyone,

I am happy to meet you again and to present my first page of this
month of November  along with a step by step video.

I chose to make a page on the theme of Christmas, I like this period so much
but this year I think it will be very difficult to share this celebration with the family
with the new reconfinement measures taken in France.

I took this photo of my son with my grandson it was his first Christmas in 2019.

"Me and My Dad"

2Crafty Chipboards used :

- Me & My Dad
- 12 X 12 Clock Faces
- Deer Set
- Stars
- Winter Twig
- 2019
- Merry Christmas Card Set Fine

Here are some close-ups, but don't hesitate to watch the video for more details.

I wanted to feature chipboards on this page.
I hope I have succeeded!

I mainly embellished each chipboard with
Lindy's "White Purely" and "Chalk It Up" embossing powder.

Here on the Deer chipboards I like the sheer, shiny effect
and I thought it was bold to add those words "Merry Christmas"

For the background I chose the "Clock Faces" chipboard board which I cut
and I used this title "Me & My Dad" it was also obvious for my page.

A little reminder of the year!

Stars to shine!

Here I used the "Winter Twig" chipboards I really like their effect.

I added a lot of material to the bottom of my page to give relief and warmth.
Finally, a few tone-on-tone flowers.

I hope I made you want to watch the video and gave you some inspiration.

See you soon!

December Inspiration - by Lilibleu

"Christmas Day"

Hello everyone!

Today, it's my turn to present my December projects. I made two pages with a
Christmas theme. It's a time of year that I love the atmosphere, the magic that
can be felt in the air as well it can be seen in the eyes of children.

For my first project, I mainly used pink and purple hues and I worked on a beige background.

I chose to emboss all the chipboards in white to look like the color of the snow and
so that they can perfectly fit in my page while remaining clearly visible.

2 Crafty Chipboard used:
- Christmas-Day
- Bauble Ornament Set
- Corner Sweet Holly

"Merry Christmas"

For this second project, I chose very different colors but I wanted to keep the Christmas theme. I found on Pinterest this beautiful photo which, for me, perfectly illustrates the magic of Christmas.

As for my first page, I embossed all the chipboards with white powder. I think it's
very lovely and suits perfectly with pages on Christmas and/or winter themes.
