Cherish by Tania Ridgwell

   Hello there!

Tania joining you today to share the second of my DT projects for June.
I have created a layout for my second share.

"Cherish"

2 Crafty Chipboard Used:

*10" Decorative Panel - Doily 1
*Cherish - Loopy Font
*Foliage Set 18

I have used the beautiful 49 & Market 'From the Garden' Collection to create the base for my Layout.

I first painted all my chippie pieces with a white Posca Paint Pen.  Once dry I sprayed some Heidi Swapp Chartreuse Color Shine Mist onto the Foliage and Cherish Title chippies.  I left the Doily Panel chippie white.

I added the doily chippie to the top left of my page and then added my photo.  I embellished around my photo with lots of paper blooms and leaves.  I tucked in the foliage chippies amongst the paper blooms and finished off my page by adding the Cherish Title chippie along the bottom right.

Thats' all from me today, I hope I have inspired you all with my Layout.
Until next time thanks so much for stopping by.

Holly Jolly Star by Tania Ridgwell

 Hi there!
Tania joining you today to share a bonus DT project for December.
I have altered a Wooden Star for  Christmas.

2 Crafty Chipboard Used:

*Merry Christmas with Holly Branch
*Corner Thick Vine
*Poinsettia Set
*Foliage Set 18

I have used the gorgeous Mintay 'Holly Jolly' Collection to create the base for my star.

To colour my Merry Christmas chippie I painted on some Dylusions Dirty Martini onto the leaves, I painted Kaiser Red Iridescent Spray onto the berries and once it was dry I sprayed the whole piece with Kaiser Gold Shimmer Spray.  The Corner Thick Vine chippie was coloured with Chopped Pesto Dylusions Spray and once dry I dabbed on some Kaiser Gold Shimmer Spray.  The Poinsettia chippie I coloured with a mixture of Kaiser Red Iridescent & Gold Shimmer Sprays.  The Foliage chippies were first given a coat of gesso and then coloured with a mixture of Kaiser Red Iridescent & Gold Shimmer Sprays.

I decorated the star using fussy cut elements from the Holly Jolly Collection, added some coordinating paper blooms.  I tucked in the Corner Vine & Foliage Chippies amongst the fussy cut elements.  Added the Poinsettia chippie to the top left of my star and finished off by adding the Merry Christmas Title chippie.

Thats' all from me today, I hope I have inspired you all a little with my Christmas Star.
Until next time thanks so much for stopping by.

and adhered on either side of my photo.

I also used two of the 'Foliage Set 18' pieces,
that I painted black,
and adhered in among my floral elements.

I also used one of the keys from the 'Key Set Mini',
that I also painted black and tucked under my flowers.

To finish, I used the 'My Beautiful Girl Title',
also painted back,
adhered to the bottom of my layout.

I hope that I have inspired you to get crafty today.

I have created a set cards for my second share.

2 Crafty Products Used:

*Hexagon Outline Frames Set
*Frame Doodled
*Card - Word Circle Set - Sentiments
*ATC Butterflies
*Mini Branches
*Foliage Set 18

I created each of my card bases using the gorgeous Mintay "Grandma's Attic" Paper Collection.

I first gave all the chippie pieces a couple of coats of gesso.  I then used coloured the Frames, Butterflies and Sentiment chippie pieces with Golden Glow Opal Polish.  I left the Mini Branches and Foliage chippie pieces as is with just gesso on them.

To construct each of the cards I added either a Hexagon or Doodled Frame chippie to each.  I
then embellished them with die cut flower elements from the Mintay Flora Books 8 & 9 and paper blooms. I tucked in either the Mini Branches or Foliage chippies amongst the blooms and finished each card with a chippie Sentiment from the Card - Word Circle Set.

See each card below.

Thats' all from me today, I hope I have inspired you all a little with my Grandma's Attics Cards.
