Christmas Wishes Easel Cards
by Tania Ridgwell

 Hi there!
Tania joining you today to share the last of my DT projects for September.  I have created a set of Christmas Cards.

"Christmas Wishes Easel Cards"

2 Craft Chipboard Used:

*Engraved Baubles
*Crystal Snowflakes
*Lacey Border Set 1

I created each of my card bases using the beautiful Uniquely Creative Christmas Wishes Collection.
I used Silver Leaf Paint to colour the Engraved Bauble chippies pieces and once dry I added
some soft pink paint to the bows.

I used Colour Blast Blush Colour Paste to colour the
Crystal Snowflakes & Lacey Border chippies.  Once the Snowflakes & Lacey Border were
dry I randomly dabbed on some of the silver leaf paint over them.  To construct each
of the cards I added a Engrave Bauble to each and then embellished them with assorted
section of the easel cards.  I then added some of the Crystal Snowflake chippies to
 each of the cards.

See each card below.

Thats' all from me today.
I hope I have inspired you all a little with my Christmas Wishes Easel Cards.

Until next time thanks so much for stopping by.

My First Project as 2Crafty Design Team Member!
"A Merry Bunch Of Elves"!
By Laura Gilhully

 Hi everyone!

I am so excited to be joining this team of talented crafters! I am Laura Gilhuly!
I am from a small town in Southwestern Ontario, Canada where I live with my awesome
husband Jon (this year we will have been married for 25 years) and together we have
2 wonderful sons - Cody & Tyler and two fur babies Lydia and Axle.

I have been scrapbooking for a while and I love to try new things,
learn and be inspired.  I hope to inspire you to create some wonderful projects
with the awesome 2Crafty Chipboard!

My First Project: "A Bunch of Merry Elves"

To begin I used gesso on all the 2Crafty chipboard pieces.

I tucked one of the" engraved baubles" on the right hand side.

I used the "Circle Dot Frame" under the photo and one
of the "Christmas Coins" in the corner.

I wanted the chipboard to match the antique rustic feel of the papers so I used
two different mists - Dylusions postbox red and Lindy's greased lightnin' green.
I then rubbed all three pieces with a touch of vintage gold paint with my finger
to highlight all the beautiful engraving.  I wanted to add a bit more gold so I
randomly added some spots using an embossing pad then added some gold
embossing powder and heat set.

I painted the title with gold paint - Lumiere True Gold - then heat embossed
with the same gold embossing powder I used on the other chipboard pieces.

Thank you so much for stopping by!

#MERRYCHRISTMAS layout by Marie Sabatier

Here we are already in December ...
A month of emotion for children and so beautiful for these beautiful colors.

For this page, I chose a black and white photo of my little girl and the traditional Christmas colors : red, green, white with some added sparkle.

I wanted to frame the face of my little girl on this picture with her princess crown so I chose this beautiful chipboard "Swirly Star Frame".

I applied on each chipboard a layer of white gesso and then a powder embosser color "Purely White" I wanted a bright white to bring out the chipboards.

I also love these beautiful Christmas balls .... to decorate them I added mini beads and rhinestones

I mainly worked the background of my page in color and added colorful flowers, the contrast makes the chipboards stand out.

Some détails :

The chipboard used :

- Hastag word set 2
- Swirly star frame
- Engraved bauble set
-Stellar Snow flakes

Thank you for taking the time to look and see you soon ....
