Perfectly Natural Chipboard
By Jennifer Snyder

Hello friends. Jennifer Snyder here today using some of the new releases
from 2Crafty as well as one of my classic favorites.
The new releases just get more and more lovely and striking.

I have always been a fan of using chipboard in it natural glorious gorgeous
state - right out of the package.  I realize some people are intimidated by
chipboard...what to do with it and how to treat it...but I like to push all that
intimidation aside and focus on the pure beauty of the product.  Easy to use
and because it comes as a neutral tone, it goes with anything in it's natural state.

Today I am sharing two projects, an altered box, and layout
with natural chipboard elegance.

The Altered Box

My first piece to share is a decorative box made with the Flying Unicorns April kit.
I used the new 2Crafty releases, "Chain Circles"  and  "Mini Flourish Bits" and added them as accents to the top of my box.

 The Layout

The second project to share is also a layout for the Flying Unicorns.
This features my sweet Escape Kitty.  The glorious corner chipboard piece is also a new release called "Corner Doodled".  It's fun and has a bit of carefree whimsy like my cat.
I also added the "Chicken Barbed Wire" as texture.

Here is an image of the "Corner Doodled" chipboard piece:

I have also tucked a fav of mine into the floral cluster,  the "Chicken Barbed Wire"
It's perfect for little tucks here and there as filler, texture and interest. Heck,
it's just plain fun to use.

Gorgeous, Jennifer, and I totally agree about raw chipboard--it can lend either a touch of elegance of grunge, depending on the accompaniments. You've done the elegant look to perfection!
