So Sweet by Tania Ridgwell

  Hello there!

Tania joining you today to share the second of my DT projects for April.
I have created a layout for my second share.

"So Sweet"

2 Crafty Chipboard Used:

*So Sweet Title
*Window Shutter Set 3
*Leafy Shrub Set 1

I have used the beautiful Uniquely Creative 'Ultraviolet Delight' Collection to create the base for my Layout.

I first painted all the chippie pieces with a couple of coats of gesso.  I then randomly sprayed all the chippie pieces except the So Sweet chippie Title with Heidi Swapp Color Shine Amethyst Iridescent Spray.

To construct my page I cut the Window Shutter chippie in half and then tucked it under my photo.  I added lots of fussy cut and paper flowers around my photo.  I tucked in the Leafy Shrub chippies amongst all the embellishments and finished off my page by adding the So Sweet chippie Title.

Thats' all from me today, I hope I have inspired you all with my Layout.
Until next time thanks so much for stopping by.

"Picture Perfect Moment"
Mixed Media Panel
By Amy Voorthuis

  Hi lovely creative peeps,
For today's post I made another mixed media panel, 2Crafty Chipboards sells amazing 10" panels in different shapes for this project I used the oval one. And I off course used a picture of our Abbey blowing bubbles a while back {this picture was on my desk for ages but with every project I did I finally used another picture lol} Enjoy my post.....

Picture Perfect Moment:

Beautiful 2Crafty Chipboard used:
10" Decorative Panel Solid Oval
Flower Petals
Floral Branch
Window Shutter Set 3
Lattice Leaves
Heidi's Vines
Mini Title Stick Set 2
Fine Word Set 3

I treated almost all the chippies in different ways but for the Heidi's Vines & Floral branch I used the same technique. I just colored it with magicals and a brush without gesso-ing them first. I only gessod the window shutters, the word moment & the flower petals. The last one I want them to look more of a 3D flower so I wetted them first to seperate the petals and currled them a little.

I saw that technique a couple of years ago and I finally gave myself some time to do it. After that I spray paint them with magicals & some wax. The lattice leaves & tittle stick I just left raw with a little bit of brown matt wax.

Thank you so much for stopping by!
I hope I have inspired to create something pretty and have fun while doing so.

'Treasured'
with Lisa Amiet

Hello 2Crafty fans!
It's Lisa here today to share some 2Crafty inspiration with you.
I have created this layout of my daughter and her bestie!

2Crafty products used:

For this layout, I have used one of the
gorgeous feathers from the
 'Feather Outline Set'
which I have finished in a multi-tone purple effect.

I have also used one of the 'Element Set 1',
that I have cut in half and finished in white.

I have also used the 'Window Shutter Set 3',
which I have given a light coat of texture paste
and some white aging, to give it an old rustic feel.

I have also used one of the keys from the 'Mini Keys Set',
also finished in white.

I have also used one of the 'Thistle' pieces,
that I have cut in half, and
finished in a two-tone purple.

I hope that you like what I have created,
and that it inspires you to get crafty today.

Until next time!

Lisa
