'Love Life With You'
layout by Rachael Funnell

Hello 2 Crafty Fans!
Rach back today sharing another layout
This romantic / lovely dovely page
and have included some beautiful 2 Crafty Chipboard.....

Large Tribal Arrow
Flourish adornment set 4
6x4 Phrase Set set 4
Bead heart border
Mini Camera
A Lock from Keyholes & Locks set

Starting with my title using the
"love life with you' stick from the  6x4 Phrase Set set 4
using a sponge adding light coating of gesso...

Personally - I am obsessed with these phrase sets ...
when I am wanting to add a title but without the bulkiness
as the usual titles...  I think these are  GREAT!!!

Did the same to the Large Tribal Arrow
A light coat of gesso then inking light with
pale blue, before adding the 'Love life with you'
phrase set attaching it with foam tape...

I then decided to add this lock
I first inked lightly with rose gold ink then,
cut the chain element and placed lock with foam tape..

The rest of chipboard pieces -
Bead heart border, Mini Camera and Flourish
I have given them a couple of coats of gesso
before adhering them to my page...

I'm really happy with the end result of this page...
and I hope you got inspiration in some way...

Until next time!!!

Because when you STOP AND LOOK AROUND this life is pretty amazing (title)
2020
ATC -  butterflies

Starting off with the title
'Because when you STOP AND LOOK AROUND this life is pretty amazing'.
Keeping it quite simple and gave it 2 coats of gesso...

The 2020 I have sitting just underneath the title
I have inked this with a pastel pink and
finishing it with a light random dabbing of gesso...

I just adore the Large tribe arrows and couldn't resist adding one to this layout...
Also inking the arrow with the same pastel pink colour..

Next applying two coats of gesso to the
feathers and to the Azter Feather finishing it off
with a light dabbing of gesso over the pink....

Same thing to the Mini camera inking it with a teal,
lightly dabbing it rambomly with gesso & adhering
this to the left side of  Large tribe arrow

Lastly the SUPER Cute ATC -  butterflies
I have scattered thoughout my page
Have been inked these with a sliver....

'Daddy's Girl Forever'
Layout by Rachael Funnell

Hello everyone!
Rach back with you all today, sharing this layout I created
using some FABULOUS 2 Crafty Chipboard pieces....

Daddy's girl - Title
6x6 Crazy stitched panel
Mini Camera
Fine word Forever from set 1
2018

For my 'Daddy's Girl' title I started by giving it a coat of gesso &
once it had dried, I coloured it using some 'Cracked Pistacho' &
 'Spun Sugar' Distress Crayons..

I then inked the fine word "Forever" with black ink
and incorporated this in my title...

Using a larger Camera from the Mini Camera set
and with a dry paint brush, I ever so lightly painted on the gesso,
making sure not to loose any of the camera delicate details..
Finishing off the Camera by inking the edges black!

The 2018 I gave it two thick coats of gesso before
colouring it with the same distress Crayon 'Spun Sugar'.

Lastly the 6x6 Crazy Stitched Panel,
I first gave it a coat of gesso, & once dry I cut it up
into lots of smaller pieces and glued them randomly
 on my onto the base....

Thanks for stopping by.
I hope I have inspired you
 in some way!!!

Until next time  xx

Hello everyone!

"Life Documented"

2 Crafty Chipboard Pieces used:
"Life Documented"
"Mini Cameras"
"Mini Hot Air Balloons"
"Small Postage Stamp Set"

As is with most scrapbookers, the journey is often about documenting life. I often
forget to take photos of not just my loved ones but myself with my loved ones. This is my
mum, my daughter and myself on Christmas day 2014 and now I can say that this part of
my life is documented! Hence the title "Life Documented". I simply painted it black.

I love to use the "Mini Camera's" when I'm showcasing a photo I like. They fit in no
matter what the theme. This little one was given a coat of gesso and then a sprinkling of
pigment powder and once it was dry, I did a little bit of drawing on it with a black marker.

The "Mini Hot Air Balloon" is adorable and adds to the idea of life being a grand adventure!
I think I'd really like to take a balloon ride one day. Note to self ..... add to list of things to do!
I've altered it exactly the same as I did the "Mini Camera" with a couple of flicks over the top.

The next item from 2 Crafty is this gorgeous little "Small Postage Stamp Frame". I did
a similar process as I did with the "Hot Air Balloon" and the "Mini Camera", except
this time I used different coloured pigment powders.

This was a really fun layout to create!

Next up I made a simplistic layout of my beautiful daughter Kaity.
"Perfection"
2 Crafty Chipboard Pieces Used:
"Wildflower Set"
"Perfection"
"Butterfly Frames"

I have to say that one of my favourite flower sets EVER is this gorgeous "Wildflower Set".
It is so versatile and not too flowery but rather more shrubby looking. I choose a couple of
pieces that suited the layout and left them raw then simply stamped over them with a text stamp.

I may be biased but I believe my daughter is the most beautiful girl around! She is "Perfection"
in my eyes, now to just work on her attitude! LOL No seriously, she's a dream of a daughter
and I love spending time with her when we can, which is not very often anymore seeing she
lives over 500kms away. I cherish her "Selfies" more than ever now. I simply white heat
embossed the word "Perfection" and added it as my title.

I wanted to add a little touch of femininity to the layout so I picked this little "Butterfly Frame"
and added it to the corner of the photo. I didn't want it a heavy black as I felt that would distract
from the other features on the layout, so I just dabbed a little bit of ink pad over it to give it a
slight black coverage. Love the effect I got!

So that's me for another month. How quickly time is passing all ready this year.
I'll be back again same time next month with some more inspirational pieces for you.
Thanks for popping in XX
