'Christmas Moments to Remember'
with Lisa Amiet

 Hello 2Crafty fans!
It's Lisa popping onto the blog today
to share some Christmas inspiration with you.

2Crafty products used:

'Pine Needle Wreath'
'Linear Snowflakes'
'Fine Snowflakes'
'Christmas Moments to Remember'

For this layout I used an assortment of Christmas pieces,
 including the 'Pine Needle Wreath'
that I finished in a muted green colour.

I also used one of the 'Fine Snowflakes',
which I embossed in gold, and tucked under my photo.

How cute is that wreath!
I then used some of the 'Linear Snowflakes',
also embossed gold, adhered around my title.

To finish, I used the 'Christmas Moments to Remember' title,
which I coloured in the same green as the wreath.

I am really happy with how this layout turned out.
I hope that you like it too.

Until next time!

Lisa

Silver Bells Cards by Tania Ridgwell

Hello there!

Tania joining you today to share the last of my DT projects for December.   I have created a set of Christmas Cards.

"Silver Bells 2 Christmas Cards"

2 Crafty Products Used:

*Corner Sweet Holly
*Fine Snowflakes
*Holly Flourish
*Merry Christmas Card Pack
*Wicker Christmas Wreath

I created each of my cards bases using the gorgeous Paper Rose Studio Silver Bells 2 Paper Collection. I roughly painted all the Chipboard pieces firstly with Colourblast Snow White Colour Paste and once dry I randomly sponged on some Aleene's True Snow.
To construct each of the cards I embellished them with flowers and fussy cut flower elements, then added my chipboard pieces to each card tucking them into the paper layers and fussy cut elements on the cards..

See each of the cards below.

Thats' all from me today, I hope I have inspired you all with my Silver Bells 2 Christmas Cards.  Hope you all have a very Merry Christmas and safe and Happy New Year.  Until next time thanks so much for stopping by.

“Pure Joy”
By Marie Claude Rodier

Happy new year everyone! I wish you all the best for the year to come.

I’m here today to show you my latest 2Crafty project... a layout in a non traditional color scheme.
I, of course, used several wintery chippies.

Pure Joy

Pure Joy title was colored with Prima dark teal watercolor stick, with a clear coat of
embossing powder and finally highlighted with white matte wax.

Swirly Holly Decorative Set was cut into pieces. Only snowflake swirly ends were used
in this layout. Both pieces were embossed with mint powder and lightly darkened with
the same teal watercolor stick I used for title.

Fine Snowflakes were left untreated, except for a light white washing
 effect realized with white wax.

Until next time, be happy and be creative!

Christmas Cuties
my last layout for 2Crafty
by Jenny J.

                                                          Happy Christmas time everyone!

This is it!

My last layout with this fabulous team!

I am leaving you with this Xmas themed layout,
on which I applied snowflake paste over a stencil on my background.

These are the chipboards that are on this layout

*Fine Snowflakes
*Starbright snowflakes
*Holly twig
*Deer head set
*Christmas Cuties

I wanted this layout to be festive and sparkling.
That's why I chose to add shimmer paint on "Starbright snowflakes" and "Fine snowflakes".

Above, you can also see "Holly twig" chippies,
heat-embossed in green and with a touch of red stickles.

For the title, "Christmas Cuties",
I've used an ancient gold powder to heat embossed it.
Really like that the color matches my flower's centers.

The last chipboard piece is one of "Deer Head set".
That one is simply treated with 2 color of paint
to give him some texture.

Do you like Christmas time?
It will be different this year but keep the magic alive 😉
Wishing you all the love and support from your dear ones.

Snow Happy
by Sabrina Turpin

Hello 2Crafty fans!

Today I'd like to present you the newest member of our family!! Yes, we just got a puppy! It's been years since my husband and I wanted a dog and we've decided that our kids were old enough and the time was just right. He's been with us for almost two weeks now and we're in love! He's also crazy about snow, he really likes to frolick and pounce in it!

So now I'm sharing the very first layout I made featuring him: meet Neho the puppy.

"Snow Happy"

On the "Fine Snowflakes", I've applied some white-blue embossing enamel.

For the "Dianne's Doily Set", I first applied a coat of white gesso. Then, I've used some navy-blue watercolor on top of it. I've applied some blue wax on the contour. Finally, I've traced the borders with black ink.

On the title, "Snow Happy", I used silver embossing powder and then dabbed some white embossing ink on top.

I used the following 2Crafty chipboards in this layout:
Fine Snowflakes [m00102]
Dianne's Doily Set [m00586]
Snow Happy [w00556]

That's all for me today! I hope you enjoyed meeting our new little friend! I'll be back in a few weeks, with more layouts to share with you guys. Until then, have fun creating!

A Christmas Tradition
by Sabrina Turpin

Ho ho ho 2Crafty fans!

Holiday season is back and it's my favorite time of our cold winter here in Quebec!
Today, I'm sharing a layout showing what has now become a Christmas tradition for me
and my kids: fun pictures with photo filters. I also prepared a video showing the various
techniques I used to prepare the chipboards.

"A Christmas Tradition"

For the "Holly twig branches", I used green metallic paint and applied black ink on the border.

On the "Wire Stars", I applied red glittering embossing powder.

With the "Fine Snowflakes", I used white embossing ink and then
applied some shimmering glaze on top.

For the title, "A Christmas Tradition", I used white embossing powder
and dabbed a bit of red embossing ink on top.

I used the following 2Crafty chipboards in the layout:

Holly twig branches [m00613]
Wire Stars [m00623]
Fine Snowflakes [m00102]
A Christmas Tradition [w00013]

That's all for me today! I wish you the best holidays and I'll be seeing you soon,
at the begining of the new year.

Until then, have fun creating!

Some Silly Season Fun
with Lisa Amiet

Hello all!

It's Lisa here today to share some silly season inspiration with you.
I have created a set of tags.

2Crafty Chipboard products used:

For these tags I have chosen an Aqua and White colour scheme.
I have inked the edges of the tags, after I had adhered my base paper.

I have used a couple of the 'Flower Medallions'
that I have finished in white.
I have used these under my spiral flowers.

I have also used one of the 'Winter Twig Branches',
at the top of my tag. I have again finished this in white.

The leaf is from the 'Foliage Set 6'
and has been finished in an aqua glitter embossing powder.

Lastly, I have used one of the 'Christmas #Word Set 1'.
again finished in the aqua glitter embossing powder.

For my second tag I have used one of the 'Fine Snowflakes',
finished in white.

I have again used one of the leaves from the 'Foliage Set 6',
finished in the same aqua glitter embossing powder.

To frame my sentiment I have used one of the 'Tiny Star Circles Frames'.
I have finished this in white,
and have then used a silver glitter Stickles on each star.

To finish I have used another of the 'Christmas #Word Set 1',
again embossed in aqua glitter.

I hope that you like what I have created,
and that these tags inspire you to create something festive soon!

Until next time!

Lisa
