"Happy Life"
Layout by Rachael Funnell

Hello & a warm welcome to the 2 Crafty Chipboard blog today
Rach back with you sharing my first layout for 2024,
created using some fabulous  2 Crafty Chipboard pieces...

 2 Crafty Chipboard used:
6" Ariel's Spray border
ATC - Title stick set 3
Large Toad Stool
2018
ATC - Title stick set 1

How GORGEOUS is this Large Toad Stool & it works perfectly with
some of the Studio 73 - Pixie Hollow & Clockwork tea party papers...

I have just simply inked the top of the Toad Stool
using Tim Holtz - Distress Oxide - Brushed Corduroy a blending brush..

Next up I have added the year 2018 to the bottom left of the larger toad stool &
the 6" Ariel's Spray border I have sitting on the right side of my photo
Both of these chipboard pieces inked again using the Tim Holtz - Distress Oxide - Brushed Corduroy

Lastly I selected 3 lovely sentiments from the Title sticks that
would work well with this photo of my gorgeous girl &
inked all 3 Title sticks with a different shade of blue...

I hope I have inspired you in some way, thanks for stopping by
Until next time

'Simple Moments'
layout by Rachael Funnell

'Simple Moments'
Hello 2 Crafty fans, Rach with you sharing my newest layout created with
some beautiful 2 Crafty Chipboard pieces....

2 Crafty Chipboard used:
ATC - Title Stick set 1
12" Parisian board
6" Parisian board mini
2021
Foilage set 9

As usual for me, I have not done a lot of treatment to the chipboard I've used
but still, each piece still makes a statement on the page..

Starting with the 2021 where I've inked it with a similar color to
the chipboard using Ranger - Distress Oxide - Frayed burlap
And with the Stick Title 'Simple Moments' Ranger - Distress Oxide - Peacock Feathers...

Next is the gorgeous Foilage from Set 9 & using the same colors
first inking with Frayed burlap, then randomly inking with the Peacock Feathers
and then cutting into smaller pieces & gluing down throughout fussy cutting
And don't it LOOK  AWESOME...

Lastly! But certainly not least is the Parisian boards, one in 6" & the other in 12"
And I have left the raw.and glued to either side of the edge of my page.

Thanks for stopping by
and Until next time.

'2020' layout
By Rachael Funnell

Hello 2 Crafty fans!
Rach with you today & I have this mixed media, masculine layout
to share which features some fantastic 2 Crafty Chipboard pieces....

Deer Set
Medium Steampunk gears
ATC - Title sticks set 1
Small Steampunk gears
Clock face discs
2020

Let's start with the 2020 where you may remember I have used this techinque
before to my layouts... Using my chipboard piece as a stamp &
incorporated into my background & then added the chipboard piece to my page...

Next up is where I have created a bit of a cluster with some of the Clock face discs
& inking them with yellow & tan.then the Medium Steampunk gears
inked black & the Small Steampunk gears given a couple of coats of gesso

Finally for the Deer & the ATC - Title sticks set 1 - Handsome lad
where I have inked the Title stick with black & the Deer with a tan colour and finishing
of my page with some splattering which always create a more interesting look to the chipbaord...

THANKS for stopping by.
I hope I have inspired you in someway today!
Until next time, ...

'Gorgeous Girl'
Layout by Rachael Funnell

Hello there 2 Crafty fans!
Rach with you today, sharing some more
September 2 Crafty inspiration...
This layout featuring my gorgeous girl and these

2 Crafty Chipboard:

2020
Doily Disc set
Aztec Arrow
ATC - Title stick set 1
Tiny film strip

As usual I start with adding some stamping, paper layers and fussy cutting...
Then it was onto preparing the chipboard,
adding a thick of coat of gesso to a couple of  Doily Disc's,
then cut one of those disc, 3/4 - 1/4 before adhering them to my page..

Wanting to make a bit of a statement with the Tiny film strip
So! I went with inking it black, cutting it in half then placing
either side of my photos's...

Next! with a more subtle approach
to the 2020 inking it in sliver..

Then onto the Aztec Arrow, I gave it 2 coats of gesso
before adhering it.... And lastly the Gorgeous Girl -my title
from the ATC - Title stick set 1 where I have inked it pink...

And then finalizing my layout with some black splattering....

Thanks! so much for stopping by...
Hopefully I have inspired you in some way!!
Until next time xx
