Say Boo and Scary on
By Charmane Sharp

My second Halloween share and I have used an older photo with my son
enjoying Halloween and the Bootiful Greetings from Graphic 45.
I hope you love this spooky layout with cool 2Crafty Chipboard
pieces to add the perfect details.

2Crafty Chipboard used…

Halloween Scary Asst set
Halloween Scary Fence
Halloween Spider Web set

After the usual coat of Gesso on all the chipboard I then cut the Halloween
Scary Fence in half so I could split it on either side of my photo. I painted
the fence with black paint and once dry brush some Distress Hickory Smoke
paint over the top for an old look. The Cobweb was left with its Gesso coat
and dabbed on some Hickory Smoke for a dirty look as though it had been
there for a while.

The two pumpkins were coloured with Distress Carved Pumpkin applying
it darker in the centre and lightener outwards. Then I dabbed on some
Distress Espresso to the top and the stalk. Finished with a white gel pen to
highlight the lines on the pumpkin.

The cat was painted black and given white eyes with a gel pen to look
creepy. Such a cool addition.

The Bats are the perfect Halloween addition for my layout and painting in
Black is easy. Applying some foam tape to their bodies makes them look like
they are flying off the layout.

I love the broom on the end of the fence. Using some Ground Espresso and
Walnut Stain paint I made the broom look old and dirty with a black tie
binding it together. Brushing on both colours until I like the final result.

Until next time…
