Today I have a little mixed media layout to share with you.

The standout piece of chipboard I have used here is not actually a border 

but a pair of chipboard corners !!

I cut one of them in half & placed it at the top of the layout so it
actually looks like a 12" border chipboard piece.
That is the beauty of chipboard. You can change it up to suit!!

Mini Flourish Bits

After creating this lovely mixed media background I then set to work altering
my chipboard pieces.

All the chipboard pieces were firstly painted in a black acrylic paint
& then followed up with a wipe over of some silver Wax Paste.

I always love to used these "Fine Words" in this way so that they

 pop right off the page with the accent of flowers underneath them.

Here you can see where I have added a piece from the "Mini Flourish Bits"

to the left side of my photo to add balance to the layout.

I am releasing this layout as a KIT.
