Hey there everyone!
Today I thought I'd share a bright and cheery layout; I used clues from CSI: Color Stories Inspiration Case File 361.
I had so much fun working with these vibrant colours and I felt that these chippies were PERFECT for the overall feel of this layout!
For my title chippies, I applied a liberal coat of white mist to each and while they were still wet, I sprinkled over some white UTEE. I just LOVE the wet look of these! I also decided to use the chippie 'negative' between the frames (seen here, misted with metallic yellow).
My dotted doily frames were swiped with 2 different shades of teal, before being coated with some Glossy Accents.
