Goodmorning lovely 2Crafty friends, 
I am so happy you are visiting this blog today as I bring you some feminine inspiration of love. On the 14th of april my husband and I are together for 26 years and on the 20th that month we are married for 12 and since it was Valentines day yesterday I thought why not make a layout in honour of that. For this layout I used a whole bunch of gorgeous chipboard pieces & the lovely "Elodie" collection by Mintay papers enjoy my post!

Both the heart border & the handdrawn heart frame are treated with some rust paste & pink acrylic paint after using 2 layers of white gesso. The words of chipboards are treated with two layers of white embossing powder. On the background of my layout I aded some script stamps ,a stencil & some white spray paint. I also stitched the edges around my page that is my go to thing to do on my work. 

The beautiful Ariel's Spray with three different embossing powders in the end I added some pink acrylic paint to get the color I wanted. I cut the Maggie's Swirls in three pieces after I painted it with some pink acrylic paint.

Today I have a beautiful, very romantic and delicate layout.

"LOVE"

Celebrating love with beautiful chipboards and a delicate and romantic paper collection (Carina Sartor Designs)

Step by step technique on chipboard:

Step 1:

 Paint the chosen pieces with white acrylic gesso.

Step 2: 

Let's use the biggest chipboard in the set - 6" Dotted Heart Circle Frames.

Spray Color Bloom (Prima Marketing) in Tea Stain color.

Wipe off the excess with a cloth.

Spray Color Bloom (Prima Marketing) in Lime Wedge color.

Wipe off the excess with a cloth.

Use a makeup sponge to paint with Distress Stain in the color Mermalade.

Wipe off the excess with a cloth.

Step 3:

Let's use the Love Loopy Font chipboard.

Spray Color Bloom (Prima Marketing) in Tea Stain color.

Wipe off the excess with a cloth.

Spray Color Bloom (Prima Marketing) in Peony color.

Wipe off the excess with a cloth.

Details:

Beautiful photo frame matching the colors of the paper.

A beautiful frame and a beautiful title.

The white color of the frame highlights the color of the title.

Hi Friends and welcome  2 Crafty blog today.
 Its Karan here to host the blog for you and I have a mixed media project to share.

I started with a 6x8 canvas, I primed with Gesso, added some texture paste and then baked embossing powders from Seth Apter manufactured by Emerald Creek Craft Supplies right here in Canada.
 I love them, I have mixed some of the first line and some of the newest colors on this project.

This little project will be perfect for the new couple too add to a photo stand and they can remember the moments captured in this beautiful photo.

The clock Face I embossed with clear embossing ink and used Emerald Creek Taos Sunset baked embossing powder, its so gorgeous in real life, it makes that chipboard look like real metal. I also did the same to one of the Doilies 

The photo frame:  I applied a coast of clear embossing ink and went over with desert sand baked embossing powder and while heating dropped a bit of ancient amber

I added in a couple sprigs of the Leafy Twig Branches in under the flowers just to add a bit of greenery.

 I used the "Love" title from the fine word set 1, and i just inked this with vintage photo distress ink and dabbed a bit of vintage gold wax. 

I also used Tahnyas 6 Inch border and just heat embossed it with white embossing powder, I attached it to the Polaroid Frame, its so finely detailed I just love it and I didn't want to hide the detail.

"Love"

Hi everyone!

Jessika here with two layout for November.  This first one is a very special one to me. It is about me and my love. We have been together for half of my life! (I am now 30).

I went quite monochromatic with this one. The line word "love" was my starting point and all the decorations where sort of placed around that.

All of the chipboard where painted with black gesso and the bricks and gears also got some silver paint and silver embossing on them to look sort of metallic.

I then combined that with metallic stars and butterflies. I absolutely love how this came out!

This one was made for CSI: color stories inspiration as we where guest designing for them in October. I made sort of a Halloween page in unusual colors :) The chipboard pieces are painted with acrylic paints and the black line are made with sowing thread.
