Mini Word stick Christmas
A Christmas floral cluster isn't complete with Holly. Painted with Distress
Mowed Lawn and a dash of black paint for the right shade of green. The
edges were brushed with Gesso.
The Foliage Berry pieces were painted with Distress Barndoor mixed
with a dash of black to achieve the right shade of red. Finished with a light
rub of Gold wax.
Adding chipboard to floral embellishments adds that finishing touch.
I chose a simple title b y picking one of the mini word sticks that I thought
was perfect for my photo. Allowing the Gesso to show the words I rubbed
some Vintage Gold wax over the top.
With Christmas around the corner I hope this sparks some joy to enter
your craft space and scrap those past memories.
