Layout Inspiration With Trudi Harrison

"Inseparable"

Hi Everyone,
Trudi back with  you today sharing some more 2Crafty inspiration.

One additional item before I start...
Please remember to become a blog follower & leave a blog comment to
be eligible to go in our monthly draw for a great chippie prize pack.
For my project 'Inseparable', I added textural detail to the background cardstock using the
Medium Chicken Wire Barbed Wire panel as a stencil and Sunshine Colour Blast Paste.

The Climbing Rose Bush  was cut into 3 pieces and arranged behind the photo.
The pieces were inked black and dabbed randomly in places with white gesso and
Colour Blast Sunshine Colour Paste.

A Clock Face Frame also sits behind the photo and this was first altered with Dusty Charcoal
Colour Paste with Fire Engine, Deep Water and Sunshine dabbed over the top.
A piece was trimmed from a 12" Border, inked black and then position along the
 bottom edge of the photo.

The finish on the Inseparable word title was achieved with a few layers.
The title was first heat embossed with Colour Blast Fire Engine Embossing Powder.
The mottled effect was created with dabbing over the top with white gesso and Sunshine
Colour Paste and heated. Black pigment ink was then dabbed over the top.

For my next project, the chipboard elements for the most part have been kept in their natural state.

"My Everything"

I combined chipboard Gears and metal for a mechanical feel.

Along with elements from Leafy Shrub Set 3, remaining piece from the 12" border
(left over from the last project) and a few flowers flowers.

The larger balloon from the Vintage Hot Air Balloon set was inked brown with a little
accenting with Colour Blast Sunshine Embossing Powder across the top.

Prima Copper Micro Beads were adhered in a few places with clear drying glue.  Once set, the balloon was spritzed with Deep Water Shimmer Spray which created a lovely patina effect.

For my final project, I created a pretty garden scene with an Ornate Window Frame,
Garden Arch and fussy cut floral elements and pretty flowers.

"Hello Beautiful"

The Garden Arch was trimmed into 2 pieces and frames along the outer  and lower edges
of the photo.  The arch pieces and ornate window frame were painted white whilst the
beaded hanging heart was spritzed with Colour Blast Fire Engine and Sunshine Shimmer Sprays.
