Chipboard pieces were first painted with white Fantasy Snow - this is quite 'gritty' and adds a nice 'snow like' textural effect. Ken Oliver Color Burst Pigment Powders were sprinkled over the top and then activated by spritzing water. Some really cool effects can be created by varying the amount of water you apply and by mixing the colours.
The larger 11" Round Flourish Frame, frames the outside of the page, whilst a 6" Circle Dot Frame sits behind the photo. A Twinkling Fairy sits on top of the smaller Corner Swirly Heart from the set. The wing of the fairy was slightly bent upwards with a flower tucked in underneath to add a touch of pretty softness to the wings. A few pieces from the Christmas Decorative Ornament Borders were removed and then tucked in along the bottom edge of the photo.

A smaller Revolution Frame was scrunched up and then 'looped' for a 'twine' effect.
It was lightly accented with a combination of white paint and snow white colour paste
mixed together. The word precious was inked with Vintage Pink Chalk Ink with
Snow White Colour Paste dabbed over the top.
