Hi everyone! Nadia Cannizzo here again! I am so excited to be here as a Guest Designer for 2 Crafty and I can't wait to show you the projects I created with the beautiful chipboard products I was sent.
Here are my March projects..
First up I have a layout
Here I used the title "My Sister My Friend" and what I simply did
with this piece of chipboard is paint it with gesso and then white paint
and then dab the edges with brown ink and let it dry.
Here I used "Cartia's Swirl" , which I cut into two and then placed the
other half further down the cluster. Again I painted this very roughly
with thick acrylic white paint.
On this part of my layout, I used "Tahnya's 11" border" ,
which I painted white and then light blue.
Now here are my other 3 projects I created for this month.
These are a trio of mini square canvases for my 2 daughters.
I attached hooks at the bottoms of each one so they can hang their jewellery!
Each canvas is about 10cm x 10cm.
Here I used the outside of the "Doily Frames" , which I painted white
and then painted pink on random areas.
I then applied a coat of glossy accents.
Here I have used 'Hearts A Flutter 11"Border," which I cut a small bit off
painted it with thick white paint and then applied
Crackle Paint and Glossy Accents.
Here I used the outside of the "Doily Frames" , which I painted white and then
painted pink on random areas. I then applied a coat of glossy accents.
On this one I used the title, "You Are A Dream Come True" which again
I painted white a few times, then I dabbed blue ink and
finished with Glossy Accents.
I also used the corner frame "Corner Charlotte", which I left bare
and blended into the background using the
same colours as I used for misting.
