"Captured Memories" by Di Garling

Hi everyone. Today is my turn to show you  what I have been doing with my 2 Crafty chipboard. I have just finished this page with a gorgeous picture a friend gave me of her Grandaughter . I am lovin "Kraft & White" at the moment. It is so fresh. Here I have teamed it with a touch of yellow.
I have used the fabulous "Old Fence". 2 Crafty do several different fences but I particularly like the rustic charm of this one. Now if you look closely at the fence you will see I have painted it with "Tim Holtz Crackle Paint". I just love this stuff, it crackles up like the old fashioned crackle medium, but without all the bother. So easy. After it was finished crackling I wiped some Gesso over with my finger just to complete the rustic look.
I have also used the little Bird Cage No.1  from the 2 Crafty "ATC" range. They make all these gorgeous little bits & pieces for ATC's & cards but sometimes I like to use them on layouts as well.
Lastly I have used one of the many 2 Crafty Words, "Captured Memories" for my title. Now I have actually cut this word into two separate words, it was joined but by simply cutting it up you can have total freedom of placement. I have also used lots of lovely Green Tara  flowers & ribbon.
Well, thats all I have for you today, I hope I given  you a few ideas for using this fabulous chipboard.  Thanks so much for stopping by, stay a while & browse the blog, there is plenty of inspiration to be found.
Until next time.    Cheers Di  xoxo
