When on a family holiday it's nice to have a son capture a beautiful moment
strolling the beach with my husband on Christmas Eve. Craft O'Clock papers
Lifetime Loving You were a perfect sentiment fir my layout.

Title- A Beautiful Moment with You

Corine's Swirl
Thick Moroccan Panel
I cut the title into two pieces for some height difference and interest on my
floral composition. Using some shades of Metallic Aqua I watercoloured
with my Prima sets.
The Gesso coat wasn't a nice enough White so I painted some Distress Paint
in Picket Fence on top of the Decorative Doily. It blends lovely in the corner
and can be seen against the Aqua Flowers.
On the bottom of my composition I wanted some texture to be seen poking
out the top. I chose to cut a piece of Thick Moroccan Panel for its large
design detail. I sponged on some shades of Sage Green Watercolours to
add texture as the bubbles dried naturally.
On top I placed the bottom of Corine's Swirl which I watercoloured with
a Sand shade and when dry brush a little glue on and sprinkled on some
Distress Rock Candy Glitter.
The rest of the Corine's swirl piece was placed downward on the other side of my
layout with the same treatment applied. Also another piece of the Thick Moroccan
Panel was added underneath. They look lovely together and add beautiful details.
I had fun adding Crackle Paste to the Prima Window I found in my stash
making it look worn and weathered. Frames my photo with a touch of romance
highlighted with my favourite 2Crafty Chipboard.
