Hello there, Di Garling here with you on the blog today
with another mixed media "Self Portrait" layout I have
created using some fabulous pieces of my favourite
2Crafty chipboard.

All of the chipboard pieces I have used has simply been coloured
up with some various acrylic paints. My "go to" thing for colouring

chipboard. It really is so easy to do this & customise everything 

to match.

After firstly creating my background on some white cardstock & doinglots of mixed media, including stencilling, sprays & stamping, I thenset to work on my chipboard pieces.
I love this chippie title, "A Moment Captured" & I thought it was perfect to put with these photos of myself, taken back in 2005 !! Where do the years go?I really think we need to scrap ourselves more often.
 I have also used one of their "Tiny Henri's Frames" for my little quote.These are just a perfect size to tuck in here & there.

This flourish in the above photo, which I have tucked intomy cluster of flowers, is actually a"Corner Jacqui's Flourish". Just because it is a corner doesn't meanyou cannot use it in a different way. 
It really is such a beautiful flourish & the perfect piece to use like this.

Lastly I sprinkled a few stars from the

"ATC Tiny Hearts & Stars" multi pack 

around my layout to add to the detail.

Viola all finished.!!
