Sometimes the photograph may not be perfect but the moment is truly
a memorable one. Sitting on a small wall jutting out to sea while staying
on Milos Island the setting sun was captured while enjoying romantic
drinks together. I wanted a romantic feel with soft colours and I love
the end result of this layout especially the Mandala Frame.

I cut the inner decor from the Mandala to create my own
embellishment under the resin heart. I embossed with WoW Pastel
Pink but it was too bright so I sprinkled White over the top and then
heat set for the finished result. Life is awesome showed up by gesso
and the surrounding had Sweet Rose wax rubbed on it.
By cutting the Mandala up I created a unique frame to sit under
my photo. I blended a little WoW Sherbert Fizz with White for
a pale soft finish result. One I will Remember is better to see on
the top photo as the reflection blurred it a little here. It has the
same treatment as the other phrase.
For a little boldness I cut the Foliage to tuck below my flowers
and used a Green and Gold Mix to emboss the pieces, allowing
them to really pop. Sometimes a little elegance is needed to bring
all the pastel shades together to sing.
I love how chipboard and resin elements work together in harmony
to add glorious detail and texture.
