Such a wonderful moment getting to hug this amazing Elephant enjoying
its next chapter in a Thailand Elephant Sanctuary where its no longer being
mistreated. Getting to bathe and share in the new journey was an awesome
experience that both the Elephant and I enjoyed.

Title- Love Today
When transformed the Flourish Clock becomes a beautiful feature of my
layout. Capturing the essence of this moment in time. After a coat of
Gesso as always I Coloured the clock hands with Distress oxide Aged
Mahogany. Then added Picket Fence Distress ink to my puddle to
lighten the Mahogany and applied it to the outer Flourish leaving the
Clock Face White. Finished with a light brush of Gesso over the whole
piece to age it.
Applied the Aged Mahogany Oxide and then brushed on Gesso
before drying so it would blend and give me lighter shades.
The Mini Branches add a delicate touch of greenery in my floral
clusters. I applied Bundled Sage and a little Peeled Paint Oxide
for highlights on the edge of the leaves for a soft finish.
Elouisa's Frame matches perfectly by having three puddles of Aged
Mahogany and adding some picket Fence Distress ink to two of them
to give lighter versions. Drying and layering gave an aged result.
Thank you for stopping by the blog today to see how I transformed
the 2Crafty Chipboard to bring this layout together. I think all the
chosen pieces work beautifully together when coloured in the
same palette.
Until next time...
