"A Moment Captured" title
To start off I base coated all my chipboard pieces with a coat of white acrylic paint.
Next up for the "Swirly Heart Corner" I simply gave it an extra coat of white
to make it really snow white so it would stand out on my page.
I did exactly the same process on the "Frame Chain Circle"
which I placed on top of my photo.

For the "6" Mandala" that I tucked in behind the top left of my photo & also
for lots of the pieces of "Mini Flourish Bits" that I tucked into the flowers
around my page, after the coat of white acrylic I then finished them off by a wipe
over with some brown Distress Ink & then a very light spray of water which
makes the Distress Ink go runny & kind of patchy which is just the look I was after!!
A really great technique to remember !!
For the "A Moment Captured" title I then followed up with a sponge
over of some blue acrylic paint & then finished it off by sponging
on a little more white to give it an extra shabby chic feel.
