Welcome to the blog for some more inspiration,
with 2Crafty Chipboard. This layout has a mechanical steampunk
feel to reflect my boys visiting a Brewery. So many choices with the
amazing range from 2Crafty to get this look from Cogs, Clocks, Steampunk
pieces and Chains.

The Steampunk Collage is a great piece to add detail to your layout,
whether you colour it in one colour or bring out all the design with
individual colours as I have done. I painted with Finnabair Metallic
paints and finished with some Black Wax for highlights.
The Cogs were coated with Brushed Iron and Black Wax. They are
a fantastic set to use in many ways but awesome to frame your photo.
Having the perfect title can take a layout from okay to amazing.
The Phrase Sticks are fabulous for making connections with your photo.
After a coat of Brushed Iron wax I created a shadow around the outside
with Black wax. Attaching a piece of the Triangular Border to the underside
draws your eye to the phrase.
I kept the Clock Face attached to the outer border circle to make it
thicker as I was inserting the Doily Clock for a unique feature. I cut
the outer Flourish pieces off so the Doily Clock would fit nicely inside.
Backing them both on a piece of paper. The Clock Face was painted
in Teal and some Black wax added. The inside Clock was painted with
Black Raven and the Hands in Teal with some Brushed Iron wax for
highlights.
There are many layers and details to this layout all spotlighted by 2Crafty
Chipboard. I hope you can see new ways to use these particular choices
