Hello there, from a wintry South Africa!
To brighten up your day, today I will be sharing a sunny, colourful layout!

Here are a few close up images and extra detail of how I treated my chippies:
No sense having a sparkly title without a little sparkle, right? I misted the entire title
with metallic yellow then I added yellow glitter glue to the word 'sparkle' and
some Glossy Accents to the rest of the title.
I misted my flower bursts with metallic blue (one has been cut in half and adhered
on either side of my layered cluster); and then I added a few dots of
glitter glue to the bursts as well.
The circle heart frame has also been misted with yellow; I then cut it in half
and adhered it on either side of my layered cluster.
