"Today - A Self Portrait"
Hi there 2Crafty friends. Today I have a "self portrait" layout to share
with you & as always, I have used lots of my favourite 2Crafty Chipboard.

"Today title from the Fine Word Set #3

2019's
The word "Today" which is from the "Fine Word Set #3"
the "2019" date & the "Tiny Hearts"
were all simply painted with some black acrylic paint.
The "Florence Swirls" were base coated in white paint followed
by a coat of Colour Blast Mica Powders.
Notice in the pic of the swirl how it is a bit bubbly.
Thats what happens to a lot of paints etc when you heat them with
a heat gun, it adds a nice bit of texture & thats a bonus.
The "Bubble Grid Panel" was cut into pieces,
painted with black paint & when dry I sponged on
a little bit of Viva "Precious Metal" in a coral colour.
A bit hard to see in the pics but I have also added a couple of
"gears" underneath the edges of the photo. These were treated
with some crackle paste & then white acrylic paint.
Too easy.
