Mixed Media Canvas "Adventure"

Hello there..

I am back with my August inspiration and prepared a small  mixed media canvas using
 some of my favorite pieces of chipboards from 2Crafty.

For this little canvas, I chose three different designs of chippies.

 Triangle set, World Globe and the word "Adventure".

I incorporated all these with other junk elements.

I started with sticking all the triangle pieces including the negative bits (I love using chipboard negatives) on the canvas base and covered it all with black gesso. 

Next I arranged all the top elements and covered all of those also with black gesso.

I used Finnabairs metallic paints in "Mermaid Teal" and "Golden Moss" and waxes to color

 the whole thing as I wanted a metallic look and texture.

For the Globe and "Adventure" chippies, I used Finnabair's wax in "Rich copper" 

to make them pop out as focal point.
